I had to wait an extra 15 min for the airport shuttle in the morning, that I had confirmed the time for during the night before. If I hadnt allowed an extra half hour for staff being late I would have missed my flight

We have stayed at this hotel in other areas and it was really nice! The one in Florence I can’t say the same. The first room we were checked into smelled like dogs and the couch was torn. We were given another room and that was good. The room was smaller than I hoped and thank goodness is was our kid staying on the pullout because that bed was flat and rock hard bed. We were just staying a quick night but I wanted something nice, I was disappointed.
