My family had a wonderful stay over 2 nights. The hotel is new and the rooms are very spacious. You are 100’ yards from Target and walking distance to many restaurants. We will stay here again.

Everything was very nice during our visit to Florence, KY. The staff was very friendly. The property was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend!

Overall satisfied

Friendly staff, overall it was a clean hotel. The pull out sofa wasn't comfortable and rather small and we had to kill a couple of spiders in the bedroom but location is perfect for shopping and food. It’s also a Great location if you plan on going to the casino next to it. The target was also located beside it so that was a plus! Would stay there again

Tina at the front was amazing!!! She provided us with a printed list of places to go and places to eat. It came with staff recommendations, which was excellent! It’s right next to Turfway Park, walking distance. We got to see some races.

This place was amazing from the start! Free airport shuttle 24/7. This was huge for us because we landed at 1 AM. Our rental car was not available until the following day so being able to jump back on a free shuttle to get back to the airport was super convenient and helpful. Everyone on the property was super kind, courteous, and very pleasant. Everyone from the front desk team to the Cleaning team and even the shuttle drivers were amazing! The rooms were exceptionally clean. I really appreciate that there is no carpet in the rooms. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but it was available. And there is always hot coffee available. Our son will be going to college close, so we will definitely be planning our stays here in the future.
