Only minutes away from the Alliant Energy Center. You can Uber, Lyft or bike there very easily. 8 minutes from downtown Madison. 20 minutes away from the Airport. Close distance to some of Madison’s several best restaurants and bars.

Large yard. A perfect yard to have a relaxing fire after a long day! Plus there is an outdoor grill! In town but it feels like the country.

The rental includes the whole upper level of the house. That has 3 bedrooms, one room with a king bed the other two bedrooms have queen beds.

Plus there is a movie theater room available for guests !
