The location to Presque Isle and the water park was perfect. The evening and night front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. The daytime male front desk personnel was a very unhappy person. It was very difficult to communicate with him, no personality. Bed was comfortable and the noise level was quiet. We did not have any housekeeping, not sure why! Free breakfast was very basic.

While the room was clean, it had a strong smell when we entered it. And while the room fit a family of 4, it was small and a bit cramped. Thankfully, we just used it to sleep as we were visiting Waldameer. But if we had to stay longer than the 3 days, I think it would've been too tight for our family.

Bathroom is too small for 4 people. Fan didn’t work. Breakfast facilities cannot handle large crowd. Kids had to sit on floor to eat. Ran out of coffee cups for goodness sake… ok but. It great stay. Pool is nice!

None of the plugs in the. room worked to charge our electronics A dirty towel was left hanging on th bathroom door.The carpet and furniture felt damp to the touch. There is a2-3 inch difference between the sidewalk and the parking lot which is not painted to alert you of the height difference. My husband fell due to this and injured his arm and back. Needless to say we will not be staying at this lodging again... Especially when the charge is $ 200.00 a night!
