This is a beautiful old property in downtown Sutton with convenient access to the restaurants and shops in town, and is just a few minutes from Mont Sutton slopes. My family loved staying here. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers and sense of charm. Gracious hosts and great having the bistro right there. We will definitely visit again.
We had reserved for 2 nights. Due to family illness we had to shorten our stay and fly back early. We contacted Orbitz AND the Hotel directly about 2-3 days prior and explained our situation. Orbitz said Sorry too late. You are within the 2-3 days before starting your stay. So we had to pay for two nights in a lovely room that we only used for 3-hours to prepare for a wedding. (we drove to Sutton, dressed for the wedding and then drove to the airport)
Lovely, boutique hotel in a quaint, relaxing town on the border of Canada and US. The hotel was very comfortable and the owners were very welcoming. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including Internet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
