This will be the last time I book through Orbitz as this hovel was so small that I could touch both walls with outstretched arms, for which I paid a lot of money. The room was not only tiny, but stuffy as well and overlooked a busy street making an open window quite inconvenient.
This place was the most horrible place ever. No a/c, dryer did not work, you bearly fit in the shower, no elevators and very expensive
I was very unhappy with my recent stay at Clifden house. When I informed them I had a family emergency and couldn’t stay for two of the three nights, they said there were no refunds. There were very insensitive and I was shocked at how I was treated. It is also important to note that I gave them more than 24 hours notice. I do want to commend Orbitz for advocating me, as they made multiple email and phone attempts to Clifden. Thus, Clifden House wouldn’t hear it and refused. As hotels are often judged how they treat their customers, this was extremely disappointing.
