Chose Kilronan House because they have free parking, off the street down a narrow alley. The staff park your car for you and retrieve it on request. Since that might mean moving several vehicles, be sure to leave extra time when you’re ready to leave. The hotel is very convenient walking distance to numerous places to eat, to the Bank of Ireland, and to the tram if you need to go further afield. We went for burgers at Bunsen on the recommendation of a local lass who stopped us on the street to ask if we were lost. We were. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food, and plenty of choices. Got us through the day with just a light lunch. We had a twin room on the first floor. Walk up only, but the staff will carry your bag for you if you need assistance. Very comfortable beds, nice shower, and skylights that let in plenty of light during the day, and could be shaded at night. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, staff was great and went above and beyond to get us checked in/get our car parked. Breakfast was also delicious and staff were very kind and attentive. We did have to climb 4 flights of stairs to our room which was a lot with luggage even with one staff member helping. Other than that nice hotel / bathrooms could be updated.

B&B staff is very nice and helpful, the B&l is in a great location and the airlink bus 757 stops right across the street from B&B. Excellent breakfast is provided every morning and cooked to order. We had a great stay and would come back again!

If I could give the hotel staff a 10 star on how they treated my wife and I , I would. From our initial arrival to Kilronan we were greeted well and taken care off. Loved this place!

Kilronan house was a perfect place to stay on our trip. An easy walk from Trinity College/ Grafton Street/ Temple Bar it is close to the action, but set back so not too loud at night. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast while we were there, but it did smell delicious!

Wonderful stay. Room ready before check-in (which is a blessing to the jet-lagged) and very comfortable. Great breakfasts. Easy access to public transportation and many things, including St Stephens Green a short walk. The hotel is in a quiet neigborhood. My review is based in part on the value of the hotel. This is not the place to stay if your ideal hotel is one where you spend a lot of time. However, if your goal is a nice place to sleep, a hot shower, and a big breakfast to get you started in the morning it is wonderful.

It doesn't say anywhere that you have to climb 4 flights of stairs if you are on the top floor. The furniture was run down (drawers were lopsided, didn't fit in chest of drawers) The bed had a VERY low spot at the end and my husband fell off the bed the first time he sat down b/c the bed had a VERY low spot. Bathroom door could not open very wide b/c it hit the toilet. The windows would not open up properly. We had to push a window open but there was not a handle to close it so we had to dig our fingers into the soft/old wood and yank it sort of closed. I guess that was good we were on the 4th floor b/c window would not close properly. The bedspread was old and sort of smelled. We only got clean towels periodically. When we ran out of soap in dispenser they said we had to go to office to get another one. The Kilronan House is in two buildings (didn't mention that on info) and we were in other building on the 4th floor! With that said the office staff was very nice and called us taxis when we needed them. The breakfast was good as well.
