Room was great! Our only complaint is the cost of breakfast. I had gastric bypass recently and can only eat 6 oz of food, I asked for a discount or child’s price and they said no, I tried showing my medical card and they still wouldn’t accommodate. No one will pay 21 dollars for 6 oz of food.

They do not accommodate emergency trip cancelations. Wanted to cancel a month before with all the evidence why. Had to pay all the trip. There is always a way to give refunds, partially, or credit. Very roude.

Staff were very friendly. However a room was very small & they switched after we addressed the situation. Our queen size bed was made by two smaller the twin size mattresses & was splitting a part when we were slipping. No shampoo, no hair conditioners, no body wash until we asked for it. They had big bottle of soap dispenser by the sink & inside the shower and they were more like hair gel than soap. Shower curtain was so short that water would come out on the floor constantly. We paid over $2500 for 7 days & nights for the 3 star hotel when advertisement was for 4 stars. A lot of garbage around the hotel especially at evening time & smelled badly. That was terrible. Never will stay that hotel again.

The property was in a great location 10 to 25 min walk to all the things needed to see in Dublin. The staff was great room was clean and coffee shope and the restaurant were also good. Only thing the beds were a little stiff and the pillows were not very good. However overall good and would stay again.

This hotel is my go-to place when I first arrive in Dublin on my visits. Transportation to and from the airport is SO easy (Aircoach), breakfast is excellent, and I can walk anywhere.

Excellent location in Dublin. Wonderful hotel. Rooms are a tad small which isn’t a problem if all you are using it for is a place to sleep. Felt a bit claustrophobic when I got up during the night to use the bathroom.
