Clean bright and welcoming. The staff was great finding a way for us to check in early and comping a couple of days in the garage. We had some trouble getting a working safe in the room and the air conditioning was awful. Free WiFi was also useless. Overall, a safe and decent place to stay.

Check in was a challenge. They couldn’t find my reservation, and despite showing my receipt they tried to charge me again! I stood my ground and asked for a manager who blamed the booking agent! After this was sorted the stay was very comfortable, room was lovely and clean with a fridge and the local Tesco handy. Sadly meal options were very limited and for a Hilton I’d expect ‘real’ mashed potatoes and fresh grilled chicken on the Caesar salad rather than cold cuts from a bag.
