Very nice and helpful staff Room is spacious and comfortable The breakfast was good but they served the same food everyday.

I'll give this hotel a C-. Several of the front desk folks were very friendly and helpful but one or two were less than hospitable. Housekeeping was quite lax. My floor was never vacuumed; amenities were not always replenished. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The overall condition of the property looks rundown.

Nice quiet room. Good pool and spa. Lots of restaurants near by which we prefer over the hotel dining. The multilingual staff are charming but they don't seem to know Dublin as well as expected; look for a local staff member.

Great price for location. Needs new carpet. Good sized room.

I wish I could give this property higher stars. The room was clean, and the visit should have been perfect. Unfortunately, it was a horrible stay. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITION IN ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. We found this bit of information out way too late. It was the summer, which means it was hot enough in Dublin that a/c is a must. We asked for a refund so we could find a hotel with a/c, but we were told that the hotel would NOT refund our money. The offered to bring up a fan, which was only a small desk size fan. And the comforters were very heavy. It was horrible!!!! I believe Orbitz and this hotel should make clear that there is no air condition in any of the rooms. I'm sure it's fine during the winter, but it was miserable during the summer. I woke up in a sweat every night, and for such an expensive room, that's unacceptable. It really made our vacation end on a low note. If you are AT ALL heat sensitive, do yourself a favor and go to another hotel (unless, of course, it's wintertime). The hotel has no flexibility, and you will be miserable the entire time.

Wanted to be able to park on premises, had to use a car park. One trashcan in room hadn't been emptied, otherwise the room was great. Hotel staff was wonderful.

Loved the hotel but it wasn’t in the most convenient area.

This was an offseason stay so there was little happening at the site. Its not near restaurants or nightlife. No parking and its walk to transit. If you like walking and can avoid Irish weather its a pretty good value when breakfast gets thrown in.

Excellent staff Tidy rooms Location in close proximity to convention center and walking distance to downtown Dublin Safe neighborhood

Several good restaurants in the area. Hotel food is quite good but service is a bit spotty

Great short ribs and fish and chips. Nice health club with hot tubs, steam and sauna plus a lap pool.

Loved this hotel. Easy/ fast check-in - they had our room ready for us way earlier than the check-in time. Our little one got even a VIP Kids baggy filled with fun stuff. Clean, comfortable, big room and exactly the same as in the pictures on the site. We booked this room for family of three and we got three separate beds - very convenient. Bar/ restaurant has good food and big assortment of fresh fruit (strawberries with whipped cream are to die for). Service was wonderful - they saved (at no request) extra fruit for our little one in the back fridge when we used to get back to hotel really late. Pool area was great too - clean and big (swim caps required, can be purchased there for few dollars). Hotel location is the best - 20 minute walk from the city center, cab ride for about $8 or hop-on-hop-off bus for $20/ person for 24 hours (bus stops right in front of the hotel). There is also a grocery store 5 min walk from the hotel too. We are already thinking of coming back there again!

The hotel has a dedicated and friendly staff, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, good option for families. Cons: no A/C which was very much needed for our August stay. The location is a bit distant from the center of the city and if purchasing the hop on-hop off bus make sure to select one that stops in this hotel (ours didn't)

Out of the way. Boring. Skin burned from the detergent and fabric softener in the sheets and towels, really dreadful. It reminded me of a Hostel for adults.

Great stay! Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, not to mentioned very central and easy to get around. Walk to city center is around 15 minutes, the City Bus Tour is right across the hotel, and the bus to the hotel/airport is right outside the hotel. Upon arrival, we asked the front desk for help with the tours/getting around, and they provided great local information for getting around the best way. Rooms were also very clean and had a great balcony view. Couldn't be happier visiting Dublin the first time and seeing the city with staying at this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and polite, they where happy to give directions and recomendations of local sites, and answer any questions we had.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room with a very nice view! Will definitely stay again!

The exercise equipment was great. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Hotel was fine for the price. It is quite a ways a way to where much of the things to do in Dublin are.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. This is one of the most important things to us. Unfortunately another thing that we noticed right off the bat was the fact that the lobby seemed dirty. Not filthy, just in need of a decent scrubbing. The hotel restaurant and bar were overpriced as expected, but the bar was not so overpriced that you couldn't spend some time in there on the especially rainy nights. The hotel sits in a good spot. Its about a 5 minute walk from the busy parts of the city so you don't hear all the people and traffic you would staying right in the thick of it. In our room two of the lamps and out exhaust fan in the bathroom were broken which was disappointing, but it was easy to get over as the room was cheap. Service was always good with the exception with a real jerk that worked in the bar and seemed to hate his life, job, and everyone around here. We would definitely stay there again if we make it back to Dublin. The low cost compared to the hotels around it gave us a lot of extra money to play with while we were there. That's the real fun of a vacation.
