Very disappointed that the swimming pool is only open from 0800until 0830 at the weekend and then the pool is taken over by children's swimming lessons . There is no consideration for guests who have paid good money to stay here ,specifically for the leisure facilities.

Room was great and plenty of room for 3 people. Customer service was great and breakfast was the same as it is everywhere…scrambled eggs,bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit, toast, porridge gluten free options; pancakes and special eggs on request. Pancakes were so tough though could barely cut with a knife so we left them. Location is a bit far from city center so we had to cab it to and from.

The checkin process was horrible. As well, preordered something for the room which wasn’t in the room, in addition when did provide the preorder items it was incorrect. Cleaning wasn’t great - basically folded the same towels we used. Checkout was a bit better but not as easy as other hotels I stayed at. For an Expedia VIP hotel didn’t get the silver member perk.
