Property is close to a Dublin bus stop and grocery store Room and lobby were clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Travelodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to catch the bus right out front of the hotel to get to O’Connell street for sightseeing and shopping.

Do not stay here. Instead of relaxation, we just got frustration. The electrical outlets are decades old and do not fit current adapters. This type of electrical system was discontinued in the 1950s. But not at this Travel Lodge. There is an outlet by the tv that can be used. But nothing by the bedside. No lamps. No sleep aids. And no extension cords available from the front desk. Also, be *very* careful when you step into the shower/tub. It is built up but does not show from the outside. Very easy to fall down. And I probably would have except my daughter showered first and warned me. There was no shampoo or conditioner or bathmat or washcloths. The exit from the underground parking is very narrow and the casing on the outside mirror of the rental car broke off. There are so many other places to stay that have the correct amenities. Avoid this place.

WIFI Never available in room. Inconvenient to use in lobby.

Nice hotel, clean. Decently close to airport, however it does get a little warm in August.

Hotel very good about calling cabs. Room nice and big. Very clean. Would stay there again. Very close to airport. Cab about 20 euros.

The room was very clean and in good condition. My only complaint was about the towels that were provided were so cheap and scratchy. For the price of the room for the night, I would expect the towels to be a little bit more plush. They were of the quality that you find in a very cheap motel.

Stayed for one night before early flight. Close to airport...about 15 mins away by car. Not the best area but we didn’t walk around since we got in around dinner time and drove somewhere for that. There is underground parking so you don’t actually have to ever step foot on the street if you don’t want. Unfortunately it was a hot day and the rooms don’t have AC so it was a little uncomfortable sleeping initially. You could get a fan from reception and that helped somewhat. Interestingly, the hallways and lobby all have strong AC but just not the rooms. Maybe it’s time to change that...

Standard hotel however the location is pretty bad. You don’t feel safe walking the area. There are no decent restaurants in walking distance. The toilet didn’t flush properly and there were dirty splatters on the tub. On the positive side, the room was large and beds comfy.

The check-in and parking process was so smooth. The location was very close the hotel and the property still feels new and fresh!

Where to begin? I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and I knew I would be exhausted after international travel. It would be great if the hotel had more explicit instructions about how to find and catch the 3 Euro shuttle at the airport - it's not clear which bus serves this particular hotel-you have to ask every bus driver if they go to this particular TL. When I checked in, the very nice reception clerk was so distracted that she coded my room key for a completely different room on a different floor, which of course I didn't know until I had dragged my baggage to my assigned room with a key that wouldn't open my door, requiring me to drag my exhausted body and all my baggage back down a long hallway, down the elevator, back to the front desk to get a key that was correctly coded. As a single female traveler, this did not inspire confidence or a sense of security. The room itself was a sad affair. There is a trashed balcony with cigarette butts that you get a view of but no access to because the door is permanently locked. One window opens at a slight angle -your only ventilation for the room - there is no other fan or other way to move air around the stuffy square. The windows look out on apartment dwellers and an odd common, unkept courtyard. To take a shower, you have to step into a bathtub with an edge so high you almost need a ladder. The carpet is old and ratty, the TV is a small flat-screen monitor - just a sad place. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel for flying out of Dublin not for visiting. It is not close to downtown and is in a sketchy area. We stayed there just for airport convenience. The other days we stayed in city centre.

I had a quick overnight stay here. I came in to late to take the 3€ shuttle from the airport but I got it going to the airport. It was a16€ taxi trip. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I opted for the 7.50€ English breakfast. I should have waited to get a nicer breakfast and less expensive one at the airport.

Room could have been picked up better Restaurant didn't open for dinner until 7pm, some menu items We're not available and service was slow

The hotel was decent and the staff were very friendly !. The bed was fine however the room was pretty hot and did not even have a basic fan. Also the Internet in the rooms was the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel in my life. Besides these two things it was perfect.

No late airport shuttle. Distant from airport. Hardly convenient. Moribund receptionist.

We had to call the desk staff to figure out everything- how to turn the power on, how to turn the t.v. on, how to work the shower- the beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very loud. Also we asked at the desk when the restaurant opened (it was 5) they said 7 so we waited 2 hours to eat, only to go down and find out that they weren't going to open until 8:30 that day. The hotel is very convenient to city center but that's it's only perk.

Good Afternoon Thank you for your feedback I am sorry to read you were disappointing with your recent stay with us. We do provide conditioning body wash and hand soap in the dispensers on the wall. We are in the process of upgrading the number of power outlets in the rooms to ensure they have both bedside lamps and power sockets by the beds.
