Overall, the really helpful, and most pleasant person was Aidan. He is a real positive. The breakfast were also excellent. The biggest negative was with housekeeping, as our room was not ready until well after 3:30 at check-in (supposedly ready by 3:00) and then did not have anybody come to clean the room the next day till 4:15. We had just returned from hours out seeing the town and looking to relax a while before dinner and were not about to surrender the room at that hour. Housekeeping is either sorely understaffed or poorly trained. By the way, Aidan was great.

It’s been said many times in these reviews but it is the staff who make this hotel. Hotel is nice enough - a standard Hampton by Hilton but the staff are incredible especially the front of house gentleman.
