We had a great stay. The location allowed us to walk to numerous places that we wanted to see. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet food was not properly warm; new foods were merely poured over the old remaining food, which is not proper hygiene practice. Also the buffet selections did not change at all, daily. On day two there was only one juice selection. The cooked ham was tough as leather.

We had a great experience at the hotel, but the cleaning took place far too late in the day. There were multiple days when we didn't return to the hotel until 4pm- after being gone ALL day- and yet the room had not been cleaned. We had to sit in the lobby one day and the next day it happened, I simply left the 'do not disturb' message on the door because I didn't want to deal with it again. That has to change as they should at least be completed by check in time. Other than this, it was a great hotel, location and staff.

Don’t hesitate to book here!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Hugely convenient for a city centre stay with the red line Luas stop just outside the door! From the moment the doors opened, the service was so friendly. Doorman was lovely (apologies, didn’t catch his name) and so helpful. My boyfriend is a light sleeper and he didn’t hear anything from the outside noise at all and the only noise we heard was in the hotel after 8am which is amazing! Discounted parking is about a ten minute walk away which isn’t ideal but is the only drawback. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Dublin!
