This is not a fancy hotel but it fit the bill quite nicely. We would recommend it for easy access to the core old Dublin. The hotel staff were quite helpful. They have reasonably (relative to other places in Dublin) priced food that was quite good. Include your breakfasts in your booking. The rooms were small but that is the norm in the area. We would stay there again.

Good Location - very close to city center and most places of interest are walking distance - the bus terminals are 2 blocks away and convenient The Service and Staff were very helpful - my sister was not feeling well and they took care and even arranged for Tea and Food for her in the room and took care of her... The Breakfast was limited but was sufficient and can be called a good Irish Breakfast - served Hot every Day - Eggs to Order with Ham and Sausages, Cereals, Fruits ... I would recommend this hotel to others and would be my first choice if I happen to travel to Dublin again......

Overall a nice hotel and a good location from the center of the city, 20 min drive from the airport by cab cost around 20euro each way. 8-10 min walk to the center of Dublin at the bridge or the spike. Holel staff was very nice and helpful and even had sandwichs ready for early pick up because of out early bus tours. Hot breakfast was very good, and highly recommend it. Overall hotel room was slightly cramped but clean, a little dated. Bathroom a little cramped but very clean. I Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The main reason we stayed here was for price and location.arrived monday afternoon and was greeted by a lovely friendly lady.we stayed on very top floor and to be honest it was a effort to walk 5 flights of stairs up there and we are pretty fit no lift.the room was small but clean a downside is the thin walls to the rooms next door u could hear everything doors slamming chatting walking around.the shower was fine but the tap water pressure was terrible.the breakfast was basic but adequate the location was brilliant a short walk to most things and buses just round the corner.all in all a ok hotel would I stay here again not sure????

Bad points: There was no TV remote or detectable buttons to operate the TV. Dust around the TV was not cleaned a long time. Water is only hot in the mornings. I arrived back around 7 pm drenched in rain and was hoping to have a hot shower but could not. Shower pressure weak. Breakfast was cheap quality but grand. If you have the option to get a room only rate cheaper do that and get a nicer breakfast in town. Room was too cold at night and had to get up to put more clothes on. Good points: The room was small but adequately sized. There was plenty of storage and mirrors and perfect for one person on a short stay. The bathroom is new but the other features are old and somewhat worn but fairly well maintained and kept clean (expcept dust around TV). The decor is pleasant. Wifi happened to work in my room most of the time though only advertised to be available in the reception area. Good price and location. There was some noise from the other rooms and street but it was quiet at night and was able to sleep without earplugs.

I stayed in a tiny single room (10 sq m) with a single bed. Though compact, the room had what a needed - a bed & bathroom! Comfortable bed & quiet, clean room. Less than 20 min walk to Temple Bar, and only 8 min to Gresham Hotel, where my tours started from, so very convenient. Cooked breakfast was welcome, though the bacon & eggs seemed unnecessarily greasy. The staff were polite and helpful - they stored my luggage and gave me breakfast package to take with me, as my tours started early (7am) and their breakfast started late (8am). WiFi was like the tide - signal strength came & went, but I would stay here again for the location and price.

Hotel is in an ideal central location. Rooms are small, but real clean. Toilet facilities let down by me getting tired running about the shower trying to get wet, water pressure is very poor. Breakfast is fine, wifi is terrible, staff pleasant, friendly. All in all a nice stay.

My partner and I have recently stayed at his hotel for two nights. The hotel room was clean and tidy but wasn't overly large, however, there was more than enough room for the two of us. The bathroom was sparkling and had plenty of towels. The staff were great, very helpful with any questions we had, including, allowing us to leave our bags at the desk, after we checked out, saving us from having to carry them around until we got our bus. My only fault with the hotel was how thin the walls were, we could clearly hear the people in the room next to us talking, walking and opening their wardrobes. Other than that one issue, I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here on a stag in May. It's in a pretty good location and good value. The staff are also very pleasant and reasonable breakfast included. A couple of things weren't so good - I'd booked triple rooms and I thought these would be three beds but it's actual a double and a single so bed sharing was needed - this might have been my fault in not reading carefully enough the documentation so won't mark down for that but just to be aware. Second thing was that our shower ran either extremely hot or extremely cold for all three nights of our stay - I did point this out after our first night and the owner was very concerned but unfortunately nothing changed while we were there - maybe because it was the weekend. Did make showers extremely unpleasant though! So for a no thrills visit, I'd say it's fine, maybe better in a couple than a group of three blokes though!

Stayed here four nights. Very clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Jerry and Nancy were friendly and most helpful whenever I needed assistance. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Dublin. Great value for the price.
