It is just 10mins walk from the dublin express bus station. There are Tesco express around the corner and the tram station is nearby. Convenient location. The area is at a new built area with clean streets and safe environment.

A very comfortable hotel with attentive staff. It is conveniently located near many restaurants, the 3 arena and the tram service. Only a short walk to the city centre. Breakfasts are great and while the dinner menu is limited, we enjoyed the meals we had.
