Good accommodations in a good location. Loved the food carts nearby and the easy walk to the museum and a slightly longer walk to the very fun downtown. Quick Uber rides to anywhere you want to go. Good breakfast, nice restaurant and outdoor space, and a nice room. Recommend it.

The customer service in this hotel is 5 star. The management and staff went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue upon my arrival in Dublin. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. The rooms are very nice good breakfast and centrally located to everything.

The staff was amazing and helpful upon arrival getting us checked in early. The room was clean and tidy although was shocked to learn that particular room did not have air conditioning. It was a warm night and sleeping with the windows open was loud from road noise. Overall the stay was good.

The Hotel itself was very good, a great location that made walking to tourist spots easy. The only problem was with medication I left with them, to be stored in the refrigerator for 8 days, until we returned from a tour to stay another night. They mistakenly put it in the freezer ruining the medication, at a cost of $1800.00. I hope they have taken the steps to ensure this doesn't happen to another guest. The manager did try to get the medication from a pharmacy, without success.

The rooms were clean but small. Staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice for more shops and restaurant options closer. We did love the unexpected excitement of having the soccer playoffs while we stayed, stadium close by. Cool experience.

The hotel is very dated and way too expensive for the area. You can stay at the Marker hotel a couple blocks away for the same price and it's a 4-star hotel. The hotel itself is dated. The lobby is dark and feels like a conference center. The wifi didn't work in the room, there's no A/C, and the staff isn't particularly helpful or welcoming.
