What a send off! After 9 days of travelling through Northern Ireland, this was out last hotel before returning to Canada. It was a lovely treat. Great check in, quality furnishings, friendly helpful staff, outstanding breakfast and an easy walk to terrific restaurants and bars!

Was great to find a hotel with their own parking in a very elegant and exclusive area of town. The Pembroke Townhouse is very well situated close to public transport stops and taxis are always passing by. We left our car in the hotel parking and explored Dublin using the "hop on hop off" buses that circle the city all day long. The hotel is elegant with lots of charm and a very helpful and attentive staff. Almost feels like a family business but each of the staff seemed to be from different parts of the world. The 24 hour free coffee, tea and cookies were a very nice touch. Our room was large quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin...

While traveling with my 82 year old mother who was quite ill upon check in, Vipin was able to get her smiling and even laughing again. He was sweet enough to bring her hot tea and make her feel better. The next morning I had to have the staff call paramedics for her. During our stay (4 Days)they graciously extended or stay there, upgraded our room to a lower level room so she didn't have to go up the elevator and helped me move or belongings to the new room. They continually asked after her condition, the culinary staff even kept up with us and all went out of their way to male sure we were taken care of. Very personable staff, lovley location, will stay again anytime I an in Dublin! Highest marks all the way around! Thank you all for your care and concern!

I booked two rooms recently for my Mom and myself for two evenings. I booked well in advance. My room was as requested front (Pembroke Road) facing. It was very tight, but clean and tidy. My Mom's room was terrible, faced the rear of the building, low ceilings, and barely any window. I complained at checkin and they changed my Mom's room the next day to a better room, but nothing great. There were smokers on the front entrance way and the smoke made its way up to my room. I was quite disappointed that I was charged what we were for my Mom's room. I think that they should have discounted the rate considerably for what that room was. I've stayed in other Dublin locations that I feel offer much better value. I'm in Dublin often, and will certainly keep Pembroke Townhouse as an option, but not my first choice.

Pembroke Town was an excellent location and the staff that we encountered at the reception desk were very professional and friendly. However even though the room was clean and comfortable,it was tired and very expensive for a very basic room

My daughter and I stayed here while at Dublin Horse Show.Fiona and her staff go above and beyond to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Any requests are met with a pleasant smile and "of course, that won't be any trouble". You will not regret staying at the Pembroke Townhouse. Thank you to all at the Pembroke for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back next year.

The Townhouse was located a bit outside of the city center however we found it to be within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see. Our room was clean and comfortable. We only had breakfast at the Townhouse one of the days of our stay. Everything we tried from the buffet was delicious as was what we ordered hot from the menu. What impressed us the most about the Pembroke Townhouse was the staff. Everyone we came in contact with from reception to housekeeping to wait staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and ensure that we had a nice stay. Would highly recommend.

If you are coming to Dublin and if you rather escape the touristic area, select the Pembroke Townhouse. This family hotel is located in an up scale area of Dublin with embassies near by. The area is quiet and refreshing. Easy to go to the city center of Dublin with buses passing by 5 minutes walk (get the Dublin pass). Grocery stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. I ENJOYED my stay there. It is really like a British style house. The breakfast is very good with buffet and a la carte. Tea and coffee and biscuits in the foyer. You can bring your own food and eat the foyer. The hotel staffs even coming from all over Europe are very knowledgeable about Dublin (places to visit, transportation and eating out). This hotel is a joy and I will come back for sure.

It was a lovely townhouse, close to the city centre. The room was quite spacious with antique looking furniture. It was walking distance to tourist attractions (15-20 minutes). The breakfast was quite good. I would recommend it for business trips.

We stayed two nights at the Pembroke in July. It was an easy 30-minute drive from the airport and had convenient, free parking behind the property. We walked all over Dublin, and reaching the center from the Pembroke took only about 15 minutes. The room was quiet and immaculate, with a super comfy bed and speedy, free wifi. The best parts of the hotel, however, were the service and the food. The breakfast every morning was delicious -- freshly-made, warm scones, soda bread, and other pastries and breads. And every afternoon there was a homemade cake (the Guinness chocolate cake with Baileys frosting was amazing) at reception and a cheeseboard in the sitting area across from reception. Finally, the staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
