Charming place. Great location for RDS. Staff, esp front desk, is wonderful.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. It is a little bit of a walk to everything in Dublin; however, we did find one of those hop on/off bus tours very close to the hotel that will take you to all the major sites. We were only there for two nights, but they had nice amenities and safe private parking.

Great personnel; cleane; attractive decor. Excellent breakfast; lots of treats. Convenient location & parking. Great place to stay.

The Pembroke is a great Dublin hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, and quiet location. It's a bit of a walk to city center, but then you get to see more of Dublin! We loved the quiet location and nice interior. It's great that they have an elevator and free parking. Would stay again!

The Pembroke is located in a quiet mostly residential area. Easy 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and the train to get you into the central Dublin. Room was basic but comfortable, stayed in a room on the backside of the building, could easily have window open at night and no noise. If you are looking to stay in the busy tourist or Temple Bar area, this wouldn't be the location for you. But if you want a quiet, relaxing and laidback place to stay, I highly recommend the Pembroke. Gotta love the tea, coffee and biscuits that were always available, and the chef leaves some great cakes in the evening on the front desk for your tasting pleasure.

Location: 30-40 minutes walk to downtown, 10 euro taxi ride. Safe area of the city though. Rooms: A bit noisy windows (ok if you draw the curtain). Otherwise full match with the description. Parking: Free secure parking in the courtyard. Breakfast: Ok for extra charge. Full Irish and porridge available. Dinner: No restaurant on-site, very limited options in the neighbourhood. Staff: Nothing special. No complaints and nothing beyond ordinary. Special: My wife and myself especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at the lobby with fresh cakes and tea provided. In fact, that is exactly what was a tie-breaker between 4* and 5* experience.

I spent 4 nights here and loved it. The room was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. I loved being able to have complimentary tea, homemade cookies and cakes at any time of day and night. The hotel is situated in an area close to many attractions and easy access to many others.

Spent 1 night before airport. The next morning. Had to carry bags down long steps because staff couldn't find the keys for downstairs door. Room ting and uncomfortable.

Lovely Townhouse Hotel on a beautiful street. Walking distance to shopping, good food and the world famous Trinity College. Oh, and the best hot shower in Dublin!

The Pembroke Townhouse was true to its description of being in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. In fact, I could walk all the way into downtown Dublin with good walking shoes. The staff were polite and informative. The hotel was near bus lines (in case you didn't bring good walking shoes) and a variety of restaurants. The neighborhood was quite around the hotel. The townhouse was in one of the classic "Georgian" buildings and it was great fun to stay in a point of history. The beds were a little too soft for my liking but the room was sparking clean and well maintained. The common guest area was nicely decorated and had a fire place. Coffee and tea were available all the time as were delicious short bread cookies (known as "biscuits"). I loved my stay. I felt very much at home.
