Stayed one night and very well treated and looked after. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Food was all made to order. The room was lovely and dry clean. Good wifi throughout the a lovely place to stay.

The place itself was ok room really small think the bathroom was bigger. Location great 10 minutes from Aviva stadium. The parking is around the back and because my sister said she had a smallish car (Yaris)she was told to park on a certain spot. When we got round though there was a few spaces left and we parked in between two cars. However, when we got out of the car a man who worked there told my sister to park beside smelly bins. I said sure it shouldn't matter where she parks he said did the man at reception not tell you to park here (beside the bins) surely it should be a first come first serve basis my sister could barely get out of the car the space was that tight. Never again!!!!! Would not recommend.

friendly staff with coffee and teas offered free, all day, in their lounge. plus super shortbread biscuits. good bathroom with bath and comfy bed. excellent breakfast to set us up for the morning stroll around dublin's fair city.

Staff is welcoming, nice and opened to answer to every need. The hotel is near to the center of the city. The irish breakfast Was wonderful. I had a good trip. Irish people is very kind!! Grazie a Mirko dello staff ! La posizione è strategica. Con una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti si arriva in centro. Un viaggio veramente piacevole!

What a wonderful location and the Townhouse has the potential to be much of what it claims except : there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and whilst the information pack and staff assure you you may have access to 'the larder' 24 hours a day and staff will deliver ' free of charge' and there are home made biscuits - a central area for making tea and coffee is not a larder and a jar of biscuits is not a larder and I don't particularly want to have to face someone in the early hours of the morning to accept a tray of tea/coffee...sigh. In addition to this the bed- two singles pushed together without any allowance for the ridges and seams; and pillows that were flat and may once have been pillows but I suspect not! We had a room facing the carpark and beside the door to the carpark and despite a sign asking guests to close the door quietly it did not reduce the noise. As previously mentioned, by another reviewer, the rooms are stuffing. Light also pours in through the windows and ....well, you get it, it was not up to scratch and definitely not 4 star. It is worth taking a good look at the reviews if you want a good night's sleep in a 4 star establishment with the facilities your money should buy you- forewarned is forearmed!

Lovely hotel with a warm greeting from the staff on the front desk. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes as well as being not far from a huge park and the main shopping centre. Airport bus stops just around the corner. The room was delightful and scrupulously clean. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent with a range of choices, Coffee is available in the main lounge 24 hours a day free of charge. There is a modern lift to your room and a laundry service is available and efficient. Free Wi-Fi was perfect. We purchased tickets for the hop on/ hop off bus but were unable to use them. We returned them to the desk suggesting someone else might like them but we were given a refund without even asking. Altogether a great experience to stay there.

Stayed here 3 nights. Lots of special touches that made this hotel stand out. Friendly, helpful, professional staff on reception, breakfasts and housekeeping. Wonderful quality breakfast - friday evening complimentary cheese board and chocolate cake.Had room on the front of the hotel, great to watch life go by, shops and good restaurants nearby. Great value special stay.

As we were checking in, a woman complained to the front desk that there was something wrong with the shower. I asked if it was going to be fixed and they assured us it would. For two days we had cold water. I realize that issues happen, but the front desk was not at all helpful or accommodating.

Stayed here 3 nights. Bed was truly king sized, by American standards. Our room had a small staircase that lead to a loft area where our daughter had her own twin bed and small sofa, making it perfect for 3 people. Huge window let in plenty of natural light and bathroom was large, double sinks. We did have a problem in that we had no hot water the night we arrived. The boiler was broken and by morning they had it fixed. However, on the morning we were to leave, again no hot water! We were up extremely early to get our flight back to the U.S. and could not shower before leaving. Not the way to start an extremely long day. We asked that our breakfasts (not included in the price) be comped and management did do that. However, the atmosphere of the townhouse is not budget, nor is the price. No hot water was really not acceptable, particularly twice in 3 days! Other than this issue, which is not a small one, I would recommend staying here. Quiet street, close to public trans, great breakfast choices.

What a wonderful welcoming hotel this is! All the comforts of home yet with a touch of class. What shall I mention first? Food and refreshments were of the highest quality. The locally sourced ingredients helped to make the best cooked breakfast I have ever enjoyed. Additionally the spread includes home made cakes, loaves and jams. The perfect touch had to be the tea cosies. In the lounge there was a constant supply of tea, coffee and home made melt-in-the-mouth shortbread. The atmosphere of the lounge is cosy and the general ethos of the hotel is friendly and warm. The family room was spacious (king-size bed plus a single bed) and immaculate with a good flat screen television and plenty of channels. As for the shower the word powerful doesn't even begin to do it justice. Information and communication are first class and as for the WiFi speed it was amazing. In summary I highly recommend this lovely townhouse hotel. Try it - go on.
