Great price, close to city center, great for walking everywhere.

Heat hotel in the city center location was excellent hotel was clean and the staff was nice polite and professional.

Very nice hotel , ideally located in city center within close proximity to many attractions in Dublin. We arrived early and were allowed to check in immediately which helped greatly after an overnight flight. Staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast is extensive and rooms clean. Well worth the stay.

We stayed three nights and wished we had planned to spend more time in Sligo. The room was quiet and clean and very large. The pub had great food. All the staff we encountered were very nice. And, it has a great location for seeing the town.

Very clean, was a mixup with one of our rooms but the staff was able get the correct room quickly. There's no on site parking and driving to the hotel can be a little challenging. The breakfast is very good and you get plenty to eat. Some people have complained about noise, we had a corner room on the first floor and had no problem with noise. One minor thing, no wash clothes. Walking is the best way to get around, but buses and trollies along with taxis are right out the door.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Dublin. Convienant for most sites. Easy 20 min walk to St. Patrick’s Cathedral and less for the Dublin Castle. Guinness factory and Jamison distillery also very close. And most importantly, right across the bridge from trinity bars.

The customer service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Despite the downtown location, the top floor was practically sound proof from the noise and traffic below.

Superb. I did not have any shaving cream and the front desk was awfully kind to bring a kit to my room.

Beautiful and clean hotel. One of the better breakfasts offered. Couldn't get the room quite cold enough but it was a personal preference, nothing against the hotel.

We could literally walk out the door and be in the middle of City Center in Dublin. Clean rooms, helpful staff and a great view out our window. Family friendly too.

The hotel itself is nice. It seems clean and the rooms were nice. We didn't like that we had to park in a garage and walk a few blocks with everything. The thing that almost ruined our stay was the noise! If there is anything happening on the street in front of the hotel, you will hear it! We could only sleep a short amount of time because of the noise. This was especially hard with a toddler. Another issue was the air conditioning. In Dublin, you probably don't need to use an air conditioner very often. The room actually had one, which was nice because of the heat wave. The problem was that the front desk remotely turned our AC off in the night. When we complained, they turned it back on. How about leaving the AC on if the guest turns it on? Seems like an easy concept. We shouldn't have to complain at 1am. So the noise and the AC issue made for a long night. It's too bad because the hotel is nice. Due to the negatives, I can't in good conscience recommend this hotel to others.

Walking distance to Trinity College, Temple Bar and shopping. The room was very clean and spacious. Only negative was shower didn't have a door, or shower curtain at least, so water would be all over the bathroom floor every time you showered.

Clean, contemporary and central to Dublin. Breakfast included with hot and cold continental options. If you want a taxi, suggest just going outside and flagging one down vs. coordinating thru front desk. Taxi for 6, we waited 50 minutes to get due to time of day and Justin Bieber concert. They apologized but taxi company did not inform front desk well of the delay. We were late to our dinner by 30 minutes.

We have a room on the first floor and two big widows are facing very busy O'Connell St. but we hardly hear anything from the room. Reception and breakfast are in one big room, feel very open and comfortable. Hot breakfast has many choice and starts at 6:30am, it is very convenient for the people catching early day tour at 7am. The contemporary room style is big for nowadays living standard. Bed is very comfortable and like their duvet cover instead of bed sheet. Both side nightstand have USB plug. Bathroom has both 115v and 230v electric plug for shave or electric toothbrush. Although bathroom doesn't have many towers like traditional hotel but two big bath towers and one hand tower are sufficient.

Hotel is very well located. The most important thing for me in a hotel is the cleaning and the room I stayed was a pristine one. The breakfast was excellent. The staff very courteous. Check in and check out very fast.

Clean and new hotel. Very nice touches throughout the spacious room. Breakfast included with a full Irish breakfast. Staff were helpful and professional. Centrally located on O'Connell Street. Easy walk to all locations including Temple bar. Coffee shop downstairs with some snacks. Lobby bar is a nice place to mingle. A large sports bar in the same building. I would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly, however we had a few mishaps. 1. The power in our room went out and they were unable to fix it. They ended up having to switch us rooms. 2. They advertise "food all day" with the exception of certain options that are only available from 5pm-9pm, but when we tried to order they let us know that the chef had already left for the day and ALL food was only available until 9pm (despite the menu stating otherwise). 3. We asked if the front desk could call a delivery place for us (so we wouldn't have to pay the fee for local calls). They said that this isn't something they could do for us and we had to call ourselves. 4. We placed a sign on the door to have or room refreshed one day and our room remained untouched. We did it again the next day and although the provided us with fresh towels and made the bed, they did not change the sheets (we spilled tea on the sheets by accident so we knew they were unchanged), and the only provided us with one fresh mug instead of two (regular set up). 5. When we were checking out, it took them a while to return out deposit because they made no note that they switched us rooms.
