Great hotel...walkable to everything and helpful staff! 24hr service was great and the food options were nice. Room was big and comfortable but travelers should bring wash cloths/loofa and a converter plug.

Really excellent place to stay. The hotel was super clean and fresh, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast included. Location was great too, a short walk to the river along O'Connell Street, and you are right at the heart of the city. The hop-on on hop-off bus service was just a few metres from the hotel, too. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Dublin, which I hope to da as it was such a wonderful place to visit.

The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast menu was plentiful. My only issue was that we had to accelerate our 2-night stay by 1 night - but still staying only 2 nights. They made me pay for 3 nights! Basically we stayed 2 nights but had to pay for 3. I am a loyal IHG rewards member and thought that their inflexibility in their policy was awful considering how many stays we have had in this chain - I would re-think staying with IHG again.

Room was small but clean and the bathroom was great with a walk in shower. Bed a little firm and squeaky but otherwise fine. Location is very convenient for walking, trams and buses but also can be a bit noisy and boisterous on Friday and Saturday nights. Would stay again.
