Room was clean, hotel was well maintained, and they have best breakfast ever. One of my best hotel experiences of all time.

Very nice hotel. Walking difference from convention center.

Arrived on a red-eye international flight at 7am. Hotel staff were incredibly supportive and got me a room immediately--which was appreciated beyond words. Room was clean, comfortable and all of staff was very friendly. At at restaurant and room service once--both very good. There is no AC, but it wasn't a problem with the weather (although other reviews at different times of the month indicate it can get hot); this appears to be something they are fixing with upcoming upgrades. I did sleep with the windows open, which was a bit loud as I was on the first floor overlooking the entrance, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It was right on the water, within walking distance to many resturants, Shopping, muesums, the trains to take you to parts beyond Dublin, the tram for travel around Dublin. My biggest complaints in this hotel was the lack of central air conditioning....it can become hot during the day & our cleaning person, would take the used bath linens and replace everything excluding the washcloths. Each day I had to contact the front desk & wait to take a shower.

In town for a week, primarily to see U2 at Point Depot. Got a great rate for a twin room, and location was perfect for access to arena and city centre. LUAS stop about 2 block walk, airport bus stops in front of the hotel so transport very convenient! Also easy to walk anywhere with a bridge crossing to the south side also in front of hotel. Staff were very helpful with requests and even housekeeping always had a friendly hello when I passed them in the hallway. Room was clean and generally comfortable. The lady who checked us in was even able to give us a room with a river view - lovely! My only negatives, which would not prevent me staying again, were nitpicky things like hard pillows, no in room safe, radiator heating can make room stuffy (kept window open whole time), very poor lighting in the bathroom, insufficient bathroom counter space for 2 women, and need electric outlets next to both beds (we're a digital generation, now so lots to recharge), also no clock radio in the room. Also, the soap container for the sink is in a poor location, making you drip water/soap all over anything you place on the counter under it the dispenser should be right over the faucet, or provide bars of soap. The height of the bathtub may be an issue for older travelers, those with short legs or those with limited movement getting in is easy, getting out is tricky. As I said -- all nitpicky and not a reason to not stay again. Just things that could be improved for an even better customer experience. Looking forward to my next trip, and for the right rate, I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice place staff was very good , rooms clean. About 20 min walk to city center. Should offer breakfast in room price.

Everything was just fine, very clean, people were nice, room was comfy. Disappointed with breakfast...I'd stay here again for the price.

Good location - 10-15 minute scenic walk to center city (Trinity College area). Taxis are available, garage is attached if you have a car. Breakfast was good - not too many eating places close by. Center city has pubs and lunch places - bkfst best done in hotel. Clean and comfortable. We had a triple - one queen and one twin for a couple and a 12 y/o. Famine ship located 30 paces from the front door of the hotel.

Location was close enough to center of Dublin with less noise at night. Parking facility adjoins hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Elevators were quick. Room was made up each day with new towels, breakfast had good selection, room has tea kettle, cups, tea, sugar, milk packets, etc. We had three in a room with no problems.

Decent hotel....good location. They stored our bags for us until, our room was ready. My husband, my two kids & myself had just flown in from New York & we were incredibly sleep deprived, and they did their best to accommodate us with an early check in. Nothing fancy about the room--just your typical European hotel room, but clean and comfortable.

Needing a room for 3 limited our options but Jury's Inn Custom House worked out fine. None better for. A few blocks from OConnell St., 15 minutes to Temple Bar - no sweat if the short walks don't bother you. Very nice Irish breakfast buffet. Staff was top notch.

Great check-in, room and location. Good value for the money.

We needed a clean close to where we wanted to go. It was just what we needed. Thank You

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful. It was a bit of a walk to the center of town but very manageable in good weather.

Just don't book here. With so many options, in the same price range, I'd look elsewhere first, in fact I don't even think I'd use Jurys Inn Custom House as a last resort. We stayed at three different hotels on our trip this past April and this by far the worst one.

Our visit to Dublin was wonderful thanks to our stay at Jurys Inn. The breakfast was fresh and hot, the coffee was plentiful and the breads were to die for. The staff were helpful and friendly, just what every traveller desires. Great place with soft, comfortable beds!

Loacated on the river. Walking distance to everything you want to see and DART/Luas rail lines. Extra charge for internet access. Airport Airlink bus stops and picks up in front of Hotel. It's all good.

I went with a friend to check out the city. We're 30 and single so loved a good night out on the town, but certainly not 21 anymore. It's a decently close walk, but luckily not so close that it was in the middle of the madness/noise of the nightlife. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Accommodated our request for a room in the back of the building with separate beds for my friend and I. Room was clean and included hairdryer (very important). Parking is about 14 euro a day in garage. Breakfast is not included, but can be added for 9 euro a day.

The hotel was perfect for us. It was very nice with clean rooms, friendly staff, bar and restaurant. Right on the water. A 15 minute walk ro Temple bar and Grafton street. We would definitely use again.

Enjoyed our stay on 5/29/12. Helpful staff and great breakfast! Good value!
