I have to start mentioning service was incredible. We got there early and expecting to leave our baggage, they told us the room was available. It was in the lower floors and we had a great sleep. Prior reviews mention loud music but I have to disagree. I’m a light sleeper and I did not felt anything. The room was very neat, spacious and organized. They did have enough electricity plugs and usb ports. The shower was a little small but it was ok. Great location and price, so is a good choice when looking for a nice place.

Great hotel overall. Very clean, with the exception of the bed smelling a little strange. The employees of the hotel were always smiling and prepared to assist you quickly. The hotel is located perfectly for any activity in Dublin. I would never stay anywhere else in Dublin.

This was a perfect spot for a lone traveler on his first trip to Dublin The staff was very helpful in suggestions about many topics. Only problem was a horribly overpriced, poor and pretentious cafe a block away. I plan on returning in the future .

Staff was very helpful as we got there before check in time. Room was nice, neat, and efficient. It was a little noisy at night, but we have come to expect that, particularly in an area of town where everyone has a good time! It is convenient to central Dublin! We would stay there again.

Perfect location right outside of Trinity College, room was clean and staff was friendly

discomfort and very small Rooms, uncomfortable . No regular beds. Only beds they have are bunk beds.

Overall the hotel is "ok"... the staff does not help at all parking is not in the hotel is a public parking and is 32€ a day. If you ask for water they tell you that you have to pick it up from the lobby. Wi-fi - NONE and staff does not help. No internet service at all. T.V. Remote has no bateries and the tv does not work properly either.

Great location. 1st floor on the street with no air conditioning. Ear plugs at the night stand were a warning. Perfect location unless you wanted to sleep before 1 AM.

We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made sure, we could get a special room right away. Since we came from New York, we really appreciated it for a small charge extra. The staff was extremely helpful all the time, the room was quiet and a wonderful place to relax and get over the jetlag. We would always return, when going to Dublin

Excellent staff. Early check in after overnight flight from the US. Very clean and... has air conditioning! Excellent breakfast.

Besides the staff and location I didn't love this hotel. The rooms were small with dirty bathrooms and the breakfast bar was very over priced and not good. It was often loud at night due to construction in the area.

Staff was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to accommodate an unexpected extra guest and were always eager to help with a smile. Room was noisy because it was right on street and next to hotel bar/club, but they give you ear plugs and it was worth the noise for the location! Turning on the AC helped with the noise, but never had a problem drifting off to sleep (without ear plugs). Central location, easily walkable to all of Dublin. Would stay again!

Great hotel and staff. Great breakfast in the morning also.

Easy access to Temple Bar activities. Be ready for the festivities and singing to last into the night. Absolutely excellent staff. Very helpful with room, taxis, and area directions.

Great hotel. Good price, very nice breakfast, free internet, great helpful staff, excellent large rooms (especially for European standards). Location is great, in terms of pubs, restaurants, storae & public transportation. The only, really only cons would be the noise from temple bar area. Loud music & people till late at night, but well, it goes with the territory ...

The hotel rooms are no better than a budget hotel for the price of four star. Rooms were clean, but if you're after some level of luxury look somewhere else.

Nice room, great breakfast. Located right in the middle of the most popular entertainment area. This is both a plus and a minus: you can easily walk to many popular bars, restaurants and sites. But on Friday and Saturday night, the partying goes on till the wee hours right outside your window. Windows are pretty good at sound insulating but you'll still hear the thumping bass. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dublin.

Perfect location for walking to alot of attractions. Very clean hotel. Entertainment /bar and a full resturant with out having leave the hotel. Thank you for a great stay on our vacation.

We were in the heart of temple bar, easy walking distance to so many sites. Hotel staff was very friendly and will help you reserve tours as well. The hotel was clean, stocked with all kinds of amenities, and there is a convenient restaurant downstairs. All in all, it was a great stay and we will stay there again.

A comfortable place for you in walking distance of everything that mayters. Any place you choose to stay in the Temple Bar area carries the risk of some nighttime noise, given the entertainment venues around, but the hotel was quiet enough by late night.
