Beautiful spot if you want to be on the heart of nightlife options and still have a quiet evening in the room.

Centrally located!

The location was great and the room was clean and stylish, tho a little smaller than expected. A minor complaint would be the water temps. The cold water was usually tepid at best and the hot water settings were a little too high (could be dangerous with kids). I'm guessing those might be related

Good: Place is quite modern with a well-appointed kitchen, good AV set-up, lots of lighting, and water pressure and hot water like I've probably never seen before. Location is good, being right in a popular area of Dublin. Tons of shopping and eateries. Cleaning staff is friendly. Pictures and short biographies of iconic Irish personalities on the outside of each room door is a great touch. Bad: The noise from the hallway and other rooms is basically insufferable. Nothing to be concerned about during the day, but at night, oh man. The room above us sounded like a herd of elephants over a couple of particular nights (at 3 am!). The door does nothing to repel noise from the hallway (slamming doors, loud voices, etc.). Ugly: Management was nice in trying to resolve noise issues in the beginning. When our patience was worn thin, we inquired whether we could get a refund for unstayed nights and move out. Suddenly, no response. Even Orbitz couldn't help, so we gave up and stayed for the two-week duration. Conclusion: If sleep is not your thing and you enjoy listening to nocturnal human mammals with no consideration for others no matter the time, this is your place. Otherwise, you might want to give it a pass.

Great location with necessary amenities. Can be too noisy at night. It has double windows and have ear plugs waiting for you to deal with noise.

Very modern, comfortable; great location. Good communication leading up to check-in. The company offers a 40 euro private pick-up from the airport; recommend that as well.
