The rooms were clean, but in a very poor condition. It was fine for a last minute overnight stay, but I would not recommend it for anything more than just a place to rest your head.

Fabulous…Nice Hotel with a fabulous bar great place to eat

Great place, close to everything, good food, great stuff **But notice that because of the hotel location at night you will hear music from the bar!

The hotel is located on a busy street and they do give ear plugs. The restaurant has a stone steak which is fabulous! They don't give you lotion in Ireland hotels. This one doesn't give shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer so make note of this. This is an older hotel with thin walls and cheap furniture/fixtures in a great location for thos wanting to party at Temple bar/Trinity College area. If your an older couple wanting to get rest or have children, I would not recommend this hotel. The elevator is slow and there are a lot of stairs to the rooms. Instant coffee is available in the room.

This hotel was central to downtown Dublin, however it was very noisy at night which made sleep difficult. The room was also restricted in size and felt stuffy, it was necessary to open the windows so all the street noise came in.

My friend & I were traveling for 16 days & this is one of two hotels that we booked an additional night since we loved it so much. Great location & close to everything we wanted to see. Free wifi in the room & a lift were great perks. If you aren't use to noisy cities I would recommend a hotel farther out but it was convienent having a restaurant & club attached to the hotel. They also held our luggage while we shopped nearby.

Lication is hard to beat; has a noisy environment but you get what you pay for!

The hotel is in a perfect location right behind Temple Bar and within walking distance to many major tourist spots. Expect it to be noisy at night since you are in the bar area but they do provide earplugs which help with sleep. The attached bar has great food and the service was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Even though I had reservations and a confirmation number when I got to the Dublin Citi Hotel on Saturday they insisted I did not have a reservation with them. After waiting over an hour while they tried to find me a room I was told that I needed to go to the Fleet Street Hotal 10 minutes down the street. My husband and I had to drag our luggage down the street and check into this new location that we had no prior knowledge of. It was very disappointing and embarresing for my husband as this was a weekend birthday present that he had organized for me. The Dublin Citi did issue us a voucher for 4 free drinks that they neglicated to tell us expired at midnight the same day it was issued - I would not recommend this hotel

The wireless did not work in the room, and the shower was cold in the afternoon (but not in the morning). The bed was two twin beds pushed together, so there was a crack in the middle.

...this is a great place. Right in the middle of Dublin City Center, walking distance from Temple Bar/Trinity College/O'Connell Street. Has a lift, as well as very friendly/helpful staff. Complimentary tea/coffee service with earplugs (more on that below). Room is small, but clean. Can't hear the bar below. Cons: No A/C, and can get quite noisy if the Temple Bar traffic gets out of hand (as they did the second night of our stay). Broken fixture on the shower. Bathroom is a little old. Wi-Fi is intermittent. Good value for the money.

Fantastic location, right in front of Temple Bar area, just a couple blocks from Trinity College, and decent walking distance to Christ Church and the Guinness Storehouse. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly booking tours for me when I asked about them and helping me get the right buses to other attractions and back to the airport. They also have spare adapters that they'll lend for the outlets at no charge, just be sure to return them before you leave. Loved that! The room was nice and very clean. There were very few problems, but the bed was not very comfortable at all. Also, the bed linens were not changed during my stay (4 nights). The cleaning staff did make the bed though and probably would have changed it if I'd asked them to. The noise was pretty bad most of the time because of the location, but this was expected and the hotel even provided ear plugs in the room. Not recommended for families though, in my opinion. Overall, loved this place, loved the staff, loved the location, would definitely go again!

The location could not have been better. It was a short walk away from the Trinity College bus stop. I actually took a bus from the Dublin Airport to Trinity College (for € 7.50), thinking I would then take a taxi from there to the hotel. However, I actually walked, luggage and all, to my hotel, since it was only 5 minutes away by foot. The hotel room was small, very small. But it had a private shower and all, as well as a coffemaker. The trash was not removed on the last day. On the last day the elevator stopped functioning. The hotel bar/restaurant had a good Irish breakfast (not included in the price). A city tour bus was only three blocks away from the hotel. The location could not have been better.

Wasnt in the best location but overall not bad. If you dont have a car probably not the best Idea to stay here. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean overall. Great place to bring your family. Its a good value for what you pay though. A lot of other hotels in town will cost you a fortune. Breakfast was good as well but a bit pricey. Id recommend bringing your own breakfast if you needed to or wanted to save on money. Also everyone at the hotel was very knowledgeable on things to do in town and were quite helpful. We went to go see the dublin castle. Compared to previous trips I have taken, this one was pretty good.
