Frank the concierge and all of the people in the dining room who worked the breakfast were very nice! Especially the hosts in the dining room. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. The bus to and from the airport drops off right out front. I would recommend that the hotel purchase a van or some type of vehicle so when you're stuck downtown late at night and cabs stopped picking up, they can come to the rescue (for a fee of course!)

Nice size to the room by European standards. It was a bit difficult to get to the property via GPS because of nearby one way streets but we did finally make it.

Everything was great, the fact that you can request adaptors from the front desk was a plus. The dessert menu was kind of weak for room service and a few more towels would of been helpful with keeping the water off of the floor.

Everyone i encountered was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel room was clean and daily room service left the room neat and clean each day. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating. The coffe bar opened around 6am and was perfect! I will definitely book my next stay here.

Pros: good location to Dublin city center. Cons: Breakfast was 3rd rate. Cold. And certainly not good for the price. Broken Window that leaked and was not fixed after we reported it. Poor heating control in rooms. Would not allow external food delivery into the hotel to deliver. Poor room service menu. Lacks character as a tourist hotel. More of a business hotel. Would not use as a tourist again.

The infamous Burlington Hotel remains in very good condition after so many years of being one of the busiest hotels in Dublin - I am curious to know why the ownership changes as often as it does

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to city centre!

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The Air coach from the airport stops right outside the hotel making it very convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Walking distance to bars & restaurants. In all had a wonderful stay & highly recommend this hotel.

Large rooms with comfy beds. Reception tries hard to please all requests. However, they could use some more information about local food and pubs in the area (instead of saying just eat in their restaurant). Only issue we had was a fan and light switch not operating correctly - they quickly sent someone to investigate but couldn't fix it on the spot. No problem. Otherwise, a fine trip.

Very friendly staff and very clean, omfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. A nice 15-20 walk to shopping and sights. Enjoyed Dublin very much.

Room was not ready upon arrival, 3+hour wait. Moved to a lesser quality room, but still paid the same. Hotel was over booked, therefore the staff was stressed and the facilities over crowded. So happy that I only stayed 1 night

We stayed for a week and were very satisfied with room space, comfort and cleaning service. Personnel in the reception desk was very helpful and fast.

staff a bit disorganized. our first instance upon arrival to breakfast was our rate included however after a few days we got a bill. upon further inquiry we were told the rate didn't include bkfst so we had to pay four people @ 15 euros each for several days which added up.
