I never received a place to stay. I sleep in the airport terminal. And still payed for it

Due to major flight delay in Berlin, we never made it to our room. I tried to call and get at least a partial refund no luck!!!! Not real happy right now. My son and his girlfriend are stil in Berlin STUCK because of flight changes!!!!! Berlin airport sucks

Room was okay, I had previously stayed at another hostel at a lower price with a better mattress than here. Mattress was not very comfortable, I felt the springs on the mattress, not exactly what I was expecting for what I paid. No kitchen to use. The bottom part has a bar, with some live music, but it was too dark for my liking during the day. Bathrooms for shared rooms are in different levels, depending on where you stay.

I stayed at Generator only because a group of people I was spending the weekend with were staying there after the weekend. I was mostly disappointed by the room and bed. The rooms were like jail cells with only one window which gave no air flow at all. It was mostly stifling in the room at all times and the only relief we had was to leave our door open (not exactly safe). The beds were creaky and mattresses springy, and the rooms were odd shapes with columns in the middle leading to barely any space in the room itself. One room had a column directly in front of the under-bed locker and I don't know how that works. The cafe was "out of" almond or soy milk on the morning I arrived and still didn't have any 2 days later even though I asked each day if they had any? The only bright point was that when I mentioned to the front desk staff about how hot it was in the room and that I was contemplating moving to another location, she offered a fan for my room, which made the sleeping situation so much better. The other staff people were also attentive and nice.

+ Good price, good location (walking distance to many touristic places, pubs, bars, bus stops), huge locker, comfortable beds, individual lights and power plugs, friendly staff, cool hostel bar (but closes early) - The room was too hot, and the heating is central tips: if you’re lazy and want some comfortable food, have a brunch at the restaurant right next to the hostel.

The hotel service was great since the moment I arrived. The staff was very helpful and profeessional. For many that stay at hostels you know there can be a wide range of experiences. This one is on the good side. Very clean and well kept. It is also a great location, within walking distance of everything in the Dublin area. This is a great hostel choice for a the solo/couple traveler on a budget.

We enjoyed our trip, forgot the towels but for 2 euros the office will get you one. Need rugs for the bathroom

Nice place. Never stayed in one before, I'm 73. Very clean and well maintained. Cold Guinness, good burgers, very friendly staff. OK even if you are older but you wouldn't want to be climbing down at 2:30 in the morning to use the loo. If you are older and adventurous this could be for you.

Booked this for my 24 year old cousin after a hotel flibbed our reservation I tried to make across the world and it was the best experience and he loved everything about it. Would recommend to anyone looking to be social and also be centrally located while not burning a hole in your pocket.

We had a family room since we were 2 adults and 2 kids. So we had 2 bunk beds. But don't expect any towels or soap. It's close to The Old Jameson Distillery. For little more, we should have stayed in a hotel. Try Belvedere hotel. We stayed thereon our way back and loved it .

The place is really nice in general the bathroom in the room needs to be clean every day when you share with 6 people... The location is great and all type of transportations and restaurants are around.
