It was irritating the bartender did not ask us if we wanted more drinks while we sat for a long time without service. Then the next night we came back to hotel to specifically have drinks about 10:00 pm and the bar was closed. Earlier it stated the bar was open till midnight or longer. Disappointed

It’s a very average hotel comparing to the one next door or nearby. The main problem is the staff. When I check in, they want to put me in a basement suite even though they had the kind of room that o reserved available on regular floors. And the front desk person was trying to sell me by saying it a more cozy room. Then the next day I got back, the toilet wasn’t cleaned. And when I request for a 1 hour late check out, they want to charge 15 euro.

My stay started out very lovely and pleasant until my last day there. I left my room early for some all day tours I had planned. When I returned to my room to pack for my early departure, I noticed my new hoodie I had bought two weeks prior in Africa during my vacation was missing from my room. I immediately notified staff and management about the theft. The night shift and the day shift both promised to contact me when housekeeping checked in for duty. Time and time again I contacted the hotel and they kept telling me they would get back to me. I would not recommend this hotel because one they do not value your personal property. Secondly, the staff cannot be trusted. Lastly, the staff does not honor their word. When you say you are going to do something then you should follow through. In the end I filed a police report with Dublin Garda. This place cannot be trusted!!!!

Great location, great staff, room was clean. I had a room facing the main road and it got pretty noisy with the trams etc.

Overall the hotel was just ok. Bed was pretty comfortable but room lacked cleanliness. We found hairs on our pillow cases and in shower. We asked for pillow cases to be changed and it seems they forgot because when we got back from being out they had not been changed. Changed promptly once we asked again.

Very good friendly staff went well above to help you out. The room was amazing, very good with new technology lightning and plenty of USB points. Breakfast was amazing, and high standards made you feel special. Fantastic food

The room was like one on a boat. Had to walk sideways to get from the bed to the bathroom. No closet to hang up your clothes. But it was very clean.
