Please save your time and money — do NOT book here. The view from our room was terrible, and to make matters worse, we had to be moved because the air conditioning unit was broken. Alberto is fantastic!

The hotel is what is expected of the aloft brand, but what stood out was the concierge Alberto! He was super nice, welcoming and made our 4yo feel super excited! Thanks Alberto! Keep up the great work! One thing that we missed was the complimentary drink as Hotels.com gold members! Our fault for forgetting it and not asking for it, but it should also be offered at check in like in other hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located--there were plenty of attractions and food spots that we were able to walk to! The neighborhood was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, one of them even waited with me when I was expecting my food delivery to make sure I was okay. The room was clean and the beds /bedding were comfortable.
