Bathroom very dirty...I couldn't even have a hot shower...cause no hot water...worst hotel i ever stay in...

Was probably a decent place in 1969. Too bad they didn't maintain it.

We had stayed at this hotel several years ago under different management and it was good value for money. This time it was very disappointing. Upon arrival, it took 40 mins to check in because they could not find the reservation. Eventually the manager was called and after much shuffling of paper said the reservation had been misfiled. The room was clean but the curtain rail was falling down and there was only 1 set of towels. The manager promised to fix things that afternoon but I actually had to go and find the towels myself that evening and the curtains were never fixed. The car park paving is in serious need of repair, the security door is broken and for the last 2 days of our stay, there was no coffee available. We only stayed on because we had prepaid and it was convenient. Definitely would not do it again

Arrived at about midnight. Had to call night manager on phone. She was helpful and gave a better rate than what was quoted. The room was dubious, evidence of roof leak, black mold on ceiling, lime build up on tub fixtures, loud exhaust fan, tv picture poor and remote did not work. Superficially clean, needed a "deep clean". Dead bolt to room did not work, housekeeping only came in twice in five days. No in-room coffee, but coffee machine in lobby with good size go cups. "free Breakfast" was cold prepacked muffins, cold cereal. New manager is working on taking care of things. But hotel is "tired", had very few rooms occupied while we were there. Things were not to a decent standard, but not bad enough to leave. Probably will not go back to this hotel (we go to Dixon annually.)

The room I was in was very clean and rather large. This hotel is nothing special, but it is an excellent value. Includes a diverse yet minimal breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would stay again.

If orbitz booked wrong hotel then why you writing bad review for our hotel. We have cancellation policy of 24hr otherwise we charge 1 night panelty. Also we understand that sometimes mistakes happens by customers and we do not charge to guest but if you prepaid then those websites charges cancellation panelty to you. We hope to see you soon when you are in area and love to serve you.

Thanks for your review. Manager never fought with you. We have cameras. As a new management we are working on upgrades. Also these pics are fake and not ours. I hope to see you again and you won't be disappointed.

Now it is under new management since January 2017 so try us again. We are in process of upgrading. I am inviting you to stay with us again and we will make your stay better
