Housekeeping very rude and loud
The staff was friendly and the hotel is average in most categories. This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where coffee was only provided during breakfast.
Our room was filthy, sheets were stained and covered in hair, cups left behind furniture, stains all over the room furniture, no toilet paper in room, hair in sink, crumbs on floor. The desk didn’t offer any assistance other than new sheets that we had to change ourselves. We left a couple hours later with our young kids and would never go back. The hallways smelled of marijuana, elevator and entire building is dirty.
This hotel satisfied our needs. Location was easy for us to do what we needed. The Property itself was sufficient. When we needed something done the maintenance was taken care of. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as I don't think someone was staffed for that. So no coffee, butter or bread on certain days at the time we were at breakfast. The bedding could use some updating, but we all slept well. And found it strange that they were out of soap. For the price it met our needs.
Friendly staff, somewhat updated , rooms are big and clean, maybe ready for an upgrade. Not bad for the cost.
Got dinner and passed out was a great place to rest after a long drive
I wait gor 2 hours to receive my room because is not funded de reservation dont have hot breakfast and the pool is closed
House keeping had an attitude Never cleaned my room A/C didn’t work. Never again I was in the loyalty program Not anymore. I’m done with them

This hotel is very basic, run of the mill. We’ve stayed at LaQuinta’s before and this one was not nearly as nice as others. We were bummed because the pool was closed and at first they weren’t sure if they would be able to accommodate our infant twins (unfortunate when you tout yourself as family friendly). Breakfast was grab and go - essentially a granola bar and packaged muffin. Very underwhelming. I probably would not stay there again.
Our stay at La Quinta it was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and neat and tidy. However, the bed had the wrong size sheets and the bottom sheet was very “ pilly “. It was almost scratchy. And that made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.
Book king bed rooms . You get higher floor and updated rooms . I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . Clean and close to everything.
Close to shopping area and highway roads. Very clean and decent for the price.
We were centrally located for everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area. Many restaurants in the area. Fairly easy to get to the location.
