Love the gigantic screen that allows you to order movies.

Very clean, quiet, non smoking hotel, great location, friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. They also had breakfast items in spite of Covid. I highly recommend and would book again.

Clean, and liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and free WiFi. The staff was also pretty friendly. Downside: My TV didn’t work my entire stay. They said there were some issues and were working on getting them resolved, but it never got fixed, thankfully I was in and out my room a lot during my stay (bring your Firestick!). The water pressure in the shower is not very strong, my main door was rusted and required two hands and a great amount of force to close, and the buttons to call the front desk and/or room service didn’t work, had to actually dial the full hotel number to speak to the front desk.

This stay was terrible. I experienced a lot of itching during the night. I thought that I was having a reaction to the detergent that the hotel used to wash their sheets. I was not able to sleep as I felt an itching sensation all night. I called the front desk at some point in the night and asked if they had had any issues with others complaining like this and I was told no. Upon returning home, I noticed what appeared to be bites on my body. I went to my doctor and he advised that I had come into contact with a bed bug infestation. I immediately called the hotel to report this and they were nasty to me and did not seem to care. I asked several times to speak to a manager but was either put on hold and spoken to again or told that the manager was not available. There are too many hotels in this area, go to another one! These people do not care about their customers!

if you book third part you are treated like third class.

Everything was as we hoped for a HGI. I can't seem to get the hotel to release the $60 charge on my CC. We made no additional purchases yet the money charged for incidental purchases has not been refunded yet.

Overall it was ok, needed the refrigerator fixed in the room and they kept saying that they would send someone up to fix it. For 4 days had to throw food out because it was not wrking. Asked for my sheets to be changed since it had a hole in it and they just made the bed over with the same sheet.

A very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant and the rooms were spacious and clean. We really liked the snack room, it hit the spot after the game and there were plenty of options to choose from and price was not terribly expensive. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the hot tub did not bubble much when turned on. It is a hotel we would definitely use again!!

Didn't have a chance to try the pool and fitness center but the room was excellent with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Internet access was somewhat slow but was free. Overall great stay.

I stayed at the hotel when working at a local market research agency and found it to be an excellent choice. The room was clean, bed very comfy and staff professional and friendly.

Everything was fine during our stay but 2 days later I realize I was being charged twice by the hotel. I called to find out and was told that the hotel clerk who checked us in that night made a mistake and charged my credit card. I had no problem with the mistake but I wasn't happy to find out that it would take 3-5 days for my money to be credited to my account and there was no appogy from the staff at all. Why is it ok for the hotel to take my money right away but yet it takes days to refund it?

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for five days over Thanksgiving week. The first two nights were fine, the room had been serviced but days three and four we had no clean towels, bed hadn't been made and trash was not emptied. When we returned to our room after 10 pm we had to call for fresh towels. We were told that rooms were not cleaned after 2 pm. We were shocked because on the two days in question we had left our room at noon.

the room was clean and comfortable. i did have a problem with the lighting in the room and bathroom. the lights were dim with no way way to brighten the rooms.

I had a good 2nd floor room. The people at the front desk were a solid 10 in their work, apperance and frindly

The price for the stay was cheap. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the comfortable king sized bed. The room was pretty much big and had everything that a needed (wifi, big bathroom etc).

I had a wonderful stay, really impressed with updated decor.

We were guest at a 50th birthday party hosted at the hotel. The party the room the staff the facilities were all fantastic

The hotel was convenient, the room was spacious and, except for something smelly and sticky in the bathroom that was missed by the maid, was clean and in good repair. The only problem happened at check-in. I purchased a Bed 'N Breakfast rate. The receipt didn't clearly indicate that a voucher for the family should be issued. It read more like an add for future visit or perhaps 20% off the cost of breakfast. The desk clerk finally agreed to give me the voucher but she was unfamiliar with the [...] pre-paid receipt or the promotion. Someone should review how the promotional rate appears on the [...] receipt.

This stay was terrible. I experienced a lot of itching during the night. I thought that I was having a reaction to the detergent that the hotel used to wash their sheets. I was not able to sleep as I felt an itching sensation all night. I called the front desk at some point in the night and asked if they had had any issues with others complaining like this and I was told no. Upon returning home, I noticed what appeared to be bites on my body. I went to my doctor and he advised that I had come into contact with a bed bug infestation. I immediately called the hotel to report this and they were nasty to me and did not seem to care. I asked several times to speak to a manager but was either put on hold and spoken to again or told that the manager was not available. There are too many hotels in this area, go to another one! These people do not care about their customers!

I understand you have been in contact with our hotel regarding some small bites you believe you received while staying in one of our guest rooms last week. I apologize that no one has contacted you sooner. Bed bugs are a matter we take very seriously and that is why we work with a well-known pest control company such as Orkin Pest Control. The procedure we must follow after any report of possible bed bugs is for the suspected room to be put out of service so that Orkin can do a written inspection of all areas of the room including behind the head boards, behind all carpet base, inside of all bedding, mattresses and furniture. If bed bugs are confirmed then the room and the rooms on each side are put out of service for 4 days while the rooms are treated and re-inspected. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused and ask that you reach out to me directly to discuss this matter. Randall Richmond General Manager

A very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant and the rooms were spacious and clean.
