Very nice property. Updated. Room was clean, other than hair in the tub. Staff was pleasant. There was sports team of kids on our floor that were extremely noisy. To the point that i had to peek my head out of my door to let them know they were too noisy. The adult thqt was out there qith them sent them to the lobby. But they came back. Same noise. Other than that, no complaints. Not the hotels fault.

Property was very loud you could barely hear the receptionist to check in!!! However, the property was good enough as we only stayed one night. The rooms were clean and presentable!!!

Geese poo all over the parking lot…watch your step… also the pool is CLOSED that was my biggest disappointment and the aun reason I booked this hotel in the first place other than that it was ok after all it’s the Hilton…

It was very noisy in my room. All night, I could hear cars passing on the highway outside. I could also hear doors constantly opening and closing for the other rooms. In addition, the fire alarm went off at Midnight, and I had to wait outside for the fire department to give the all clear. Overall, I barely got any sleep, and I will never be back.

I didn't get my discount, so therefore I was sad. Other then that everything was ok.

I like the fact that they updated the room I stayed in. I liked the treats they left on the bed. What I disliked was the hair in the tub, and on the back of the door. The bathroom shelf was dirt and the shower where you turn the water off and on wasn't cleaned properly.

Everything was excellent!! I can't wait to come back!!

Very clean, quiet, non smoking hotel, great location, friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. They also had breakfast items in spite of Covid. I highly recommend and would book again.

Clean, and liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and free WiFi. The staff was also pretty friendly. Downside: My TV didn’t work my entire stay. They said there were some issues and were working on getting them resolved, but it never got fixed, thankfully I was in and out my room a lot during my stay (bring your Firestick!). The water pressure in the shower is not very strong, my main door was rusted and required two hands and a great amount of force to close, and the buttons to call the front desk and/or room service didn’t work, had to actually dial the full hotel number to speak to the front desk.

This stay was terrible. I experienced a lot of itching during the night. I thought that I was having a reaction to the detergent that the hotel used to wash their sheets. I was not able to sleep as I felt an itching sensation all night. I called the front desk at some point in the night and asked if they had had any issues with others complaining like this and I was told no. Upon returning home, I noticed what appeared to be bites on my body. I went to my doctor and he advised that I had come into contact with a bed bug infestation. I immediately called the hotel to report this and they were nasty to me and did not seem to care. I asked several times to speak to a manager but was either put on hold and spoken to again or told that the manager was not available. There are too many hotels in this area, go to another one! These people do not care about their customers!

Everything was as we hoped for a HGI. I can't seem to get the hotel to release the $60 charge on my CC. We made no additional purchases yet the money charged for incidental purchases has not been refunded yet.

Overall it was ok, needed the refrigerator fixed in the room and they kept saying that they would send someone up to fix it. For 4 days had to throw food out because it was not wrking. Asked for my sheets to be changed since it had a hole in it and they just made the bed over with the same sheet.
