Needed a room short notice New Year's Eve and found one available here. The Hotel was over all very quiet for the night so we could rest.

Stayed here several times. Always a pleasant stay. Staff is always nice.

We booked this hotel for Monday night because they supposedly accept pets. We got there late night. It was very cold night, windy and rainy. We had driven all day and ready to get some rest. When we wanted to check in we were rudely told that they have no pet rooms and why we didn't call. We were totally perplexed. Monday night and not too many cars out on parking lot and you couldn't find anything to accommodate us? Really? We ended up backing out and thinking what we gonna do now. It's late and dark, how we gonna find something that would accept pets. Right next door there was another hotel, so we went there. They too wondered that how come it was so slow night and Extended Stay couldn' find room for us. Unfortunately, they didn't accept pets either, however, opposite to Extended Stay front desk, their person went online, looked up several hotels with addresses for us and even gave us directions how to get there. This is what I call 5-star service.

For two days it was good for what I wanted, however there was not a luxury aspect to this room as all, just a clean room. The fact we smelled someone smoking pot in the halls was very disappointing, it leads us to believe this is not an upstanding place we want to stay at.

My first stay at this hotel so I had no idea how small it was. No room service. The room came with no dishes. A pamphlet in the room said the staff would bring them up but when I called the desk to bring some up they said they couldn't leave the desk. Then when we went down to get them they said, "oh I was just up there I could've brought them to you" Morning of check out I asked for a late check out, they said okay. Then they called back 10 mins before regular check out telling me I can't do late check out because there is only one person who cleans rooms and if she comes to my room I will have to leave so she can clean it. Needless to say I will not visit again nor recommend to anyone. Waste of money.

No office center. If you stay there for less than 7 days, they will not do housekeeping in your room, and will charge you $10 if you ask one. Check-in time is 3pm, too late for many travelers.

We have come here several times and each time has been an enjoyable experience and the staff is very friendly

Not bad, got what I paid for. The breakfast was lacking as was the internet speed. But the room was very clean.

The whole place smelled like old food. Three tub wouldn't drain. The bed and pillows were old and cheap. Also only a 17inch tv.

The hotel was very well located next to food, car wash, and in walking distance to a lot of attractions. What I like was the varity in the room service menu.

never going to book this hotel again
