Was not happy that the pool and gym were both closed. In our room the heater was blowing air out and it was annoying to the person in the bed next to window. The price was reasonable- I booked online. We are in area for chemo treatments every three weeks
It was filthy. Had a strong odd odor in the room. The tub and shower were so filthy I did not feel comfortable using it. The bed covers were torn and had cigarette burns. The ice machine was out of order. The breakfast area was unclean. Did not feel comfortable getting food. DO NOT STAY HERE!
This property should not be available through Orbitz. The room was not habitable. There was mold in the bathroom. I can overlook the shotty maintenance, the stickiness of the floor, the hair in the sink, the overall poor quality of the room itself. I simply cannot overlook the mold. I complain to the management and was given the runaround. They made no effort to refund my money or otherwise make it satisfactory.
I didn't like the overall look of room, had smoke smell & burns on bedding covers and the wall paper was peeling off the walls, it felt like more as a MOTEL instead of hotel.
Staff did not wear masks. We had a room that was allegedly was handicap accessible. It was not. We had planned to stay a week. We moved to new hotel after one night. It was the worst hotel experience ever.
I had to move rooms due to a leak in the ceiling, door handle was broken in the bathroom, gummy bears in the lamps, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, toilet was constantly running and there was plumbing issues with the tub.
I had to change several rooms becuasw of dirty room, light was broken didnt work and moldy smelly room. On top of that both Orbitz and the hotel charged me.
I checked in and had the room for about a week, after I checked in I left. I did not even stay in the room for more than 10 minutes and paid for the nights without actually being in the hotel
Very run down and smelly. Stale smoke smell, furniture old and stained, sheets dirty, blanket had a cigarette hole. No screen in sliding door or lock- just a bar keeping it shut. Floor disgusting. Gym no longer on property. Complimentary breakfast consisted of boxed cereal, muffins and yogurt. Very disappointing. Manager was nice and lots of parking. Applebee’s within walking distance was a plus.
Stole my deposit.and they had the nerves to yell at me.
I paid $42/night through Orbitz....so although there was a scant breakfast selection, no working phone in room and not the cleanest....an overall decent stay in a nice area of town.
This people robbed me. Thy took my deposit and when i asked for my deposit at checkout. Thy said thy thy were confuse cause thy dont ask for deposit. Dont stay here
I enjoyed the food neoprene pool. I was displeased with the night staff who did nothing t repair my remote when it broke and I called at 9pm the first night. The second night I asked that the room be cleaned and it wasn’t. Bugs 🐜 only ants accumulated by the time I got back from an errand. I had to put garbage out and didn’t have towels for the nights.
Great place for the price. Good place if you just need a place to stay for the night.
Extremely dirty hotel. Hotel looked nothing like pictures. Weird snell everywhere. Rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Provided dirty towels.

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
