This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We've been there a couple of years ago before the pandemic. It was much better then. This time was a total mess. Nothing was working. the room was stinky, the beddings were dirty and we had to tell them to change them, the door was not locking, there was no iron on the room,the pool was closed..... I can go on forever... Terrible stay. will never go there again!

The front desk man was great very kind, and the lobby and common area was ok, our room the only thing in it that was nice was the bed, it was dirty, the inside of the fridge was filthy and the outside of it was dirty, the microwave was dirty and broken was held together with blue shipping tape. the shower and tub was old and dirty with mildew. did not stay more that 10 minutes. requested our money back and left. not sure if it will be refunded, was told orbitz or whoever we booked with will have to refund us. I also had to pay a $50 incidental deposit that I was not told I would have to pay when i booked online. Not happy at all.

Rooms were very dirty and property needs updated. Older guy at front was very condescending to staff.

I was about 20 minutes early for check in. I thought that would be okay, especially since on the website they do offer and early check-in for an extra $20. The man behind the counter was a little rude about it. I left and came back at check-in time. Luckily the lady behind the counter was much more pleasant and helpful even when they mixed up the type of room I booked. Which they said to book directly through them next time and not Orbitz or any other third party site. The room was still dirty. There was a hot cheeto behind the nightstand. An ice tea bottle that rolled out from under the bed. The molding stop on the floor between the living room area and the kitchen area was moving. There was left over ice cream in the mini fridge. The foldout couch was terribly stained, and the sheets were wadded up inside it. There was no way I was letting my daughter sleep on that, so it got folded right back up. They had no hotel art on the walls, just the big studs/mounts suggesting something was supposed to be there. Also, some old crackers left in the cupboard top shelf. It was an overall experience. I need to definitely need to read more reviews before I book hotels from now on.

We reserved two rooms, for my husband and myself, and for another couple so we could attend a concert. Upon our arrival, my husband and I were given room 212, and our friends were given room 214. I have used several Wyndham resort sites through my company, but was very disappointed in our stay this time. First, upon opening our door to our room, we were met with a foul odor coming from the room. We propped the door open to help air it out. Second, our bed had only a bottom and a top sheet for bedding, and no other blankets. I went down to get a couple blankets. The gal at the desk was very helpful. Third, when I went to shower we found we had no wash clothes to wash our faces or body’s with. Again I went down and requested the linen and the desk attendant was very quick to supply us with the requested items. We later went and attended our event, but once again upon our return to the rooms, we were met with a foul odor. We spent a little over $195 on the two rooms. I would like for our company to continue using your services for future trips, but am appalled and concerned with the experience my husband and I experienced this trip. I would be willing to give your hotels another chance, but do not feel the next hotel stay should come out of our pocket or at the expense of my business. I would like to know if there are any options so as to rectify the disappointment and return your hotel chain back to the high standards that I have always found when using your hotels in the past

Our room felt damp, we had mold in the bathroom, we found food on our floor, our curtains had stains, our phone had on cord attached to it, one of the walls had a couple small holes near the outlet, and our bathroom light flickered. I am not going to recommend this hotel to my friend or family and we will never stay at this property again.

When we walked into the room it smelt strongly of pot. When we left and came back it didnt disapate. We did not have time to deal with the room. Coffee pot was not intact no cups. Black mold in the bathroom. Wall paper coming off wall. Remote fo V did not work. Room was very dirty. There was a group in the parking lot smoking, drinking, hoot and hollering at 12:30 and on during the night. I will never stay there again and would like my money back Itinerary# 7454755884349

The property is old and not well kept, Too much local noise

Bugs in our room. Checked out immediately. Bugs under covers... disgusting

I liked everything, except for the location which was off the road and hidden in the back of other hotels.

This hotel seems to be for long-term people who live there, people were re-checking out their rooms "because we hit the 30-day mark". As we checked in a man was upset complaining of bees near his room. The room was dirty and old, with a musty smell and much of it was in disrepair, no clock, broken lamps, removed peep hole in door. Shortly after check-in, the elevator broke, luckily we could use the stairs, but it left a man in a wheelchair stranded on the 3rd floor. We requested a different room after the first night, as the bed was so broke-in, it felt like it had been folded in half and you had to climb out of the center. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but we did not receive any housekeeping or clean linens for the rest of our 3-night stay. The hallways smelled like smoke and weed, and the weed smell seemed to be coming through the vents. Very disappointed and will definitely not stay there again.

Nice hotel. Tucked away from the main road, but nearby lots of food options within 10 minutes of the hotel.

Basem, thank you for choosing to stay with us again. I'm so sorry to see this stay missed the mark. The renovation is moving along and we hope to be back to that pre-pandemic level very soon.
