"This was our first time at an all inclusive with our boys, age 9 and 11. The experience could not have gone better. There were a lot of activities, pool was awesome, service staff was outstanding. We loved the nightly entertainment, and the food was great. Cornelio at Los Caporales went out of his way to make us a special dessert on our last night. Negatives- beach had a lot of seaweed, though they tried to keep it clean. We loved the pool, so this did not affect us. Also, the sales pitch at the beginning to look at another part of the resort went on too long- we had to say "no" too many times, the guy was pushy and didn't let it go. But, other than that, an absolutely perfect trip. Will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I are frequent patrons of RIU hotels. We have never been disappointed with the quality of service or food choices and quality. There was one service provider (Table server) who served us on multiple occasions who was exemplary. A young lady named Blanca. She has a gift for her attentiveness and commitment to quality of service. She couples that with making genuine connections with her guests. A service staff of Blanca's would guarantee return customers.. She should be recognized and rewarded."

"This resort was overall excellent. The service, cleanliness, staff and facilities were all fantastic. The beach although small was one of the best ive seen and very well maintained. My only two critiques are that there were inconsistencies in ordering a drink from one bar to the next and i wished the pool/pool bars were open later than 7pm. Other than that a great experience for the price."
