Amamos este hotel la ubicación es lo mas preciado a pasos de Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, El Palacio de Gobierno y mucho mas. El staff del hotel de lo mas amables. El desayuno le da un super toque que amamos con mi esposo porque le encanta desayunar rico. Tenianos café siempre que queriamos y agua como parte del complements del hotel. Las habitaciones super funcionales y con aire acondicionado . Super recomendado . Volveria otra y otra vez.

The staff were excellent, courteous and giving us any help we asked. The room was clean, but the showerbb by head must be adjusted so that it does not shoot water out of the shower. The cleaning crew was not professional. The best part of our stay was the daily breakfast. It was free!

I wasn’t wild about the à la carte breakfast. It’s essentially Mexican food. I think a buffet offers more variety. That said, the hotel is comfortable. I left a much needed item in the room. The staff happily agreed to send it on, but despite several contacts, failed to follow through.

The location is excellent and I didn't know this when booking but there is a small cafe in the lobby where one can get espresso, tortilla soup, or other food options all day for free. The breakfast (not served out of the cafe but different) was amazing so the benefit of water, coffee and food was a great value. Hotel is also very pretty and the staff were exceptionally nice.

The location of the hotel was perfect. In walking distance to great attractions, restaurants, cafe. A great value! Breakfast was great! You order from a menu daily. Their was a 24 hour cafe where you could enjoy a snack. The cafe also served wine. The room was spotless and the staff was responsive and accommodating!. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
