The pool, and jacuzzi was awesome overlooked the ocean

Nothing, except the staff was great, they helped a lot, but nothing works. I never came back.

Beautiful views, room was nice but very cold and the heater did not work. They did provide an extra blanket that helped. The staff was helpful and friendly. The spa was amazing, staff and service were fantastic.

I have been looking to stay at this property for the past couple years as our friend has stayed there the past 5 years on a regular basis and talked wonders. To start front desk staff was not friendly at all, they did not have the room we booked available sent us to a small out dated room. They offered to switch us room at a additional cost of $188.00 for one night. Second the first room was out dated and old bed was super hard. When we finally paid to get the Penthouse, they gave us wrong keys that would not open or lock the doors, third they were filming a Netflix Selena series at the bar they did not let us in till after filming and kept shushing us. Fourth which is what really was the breaking point, the bartender was rude kept giving us a hard time and when a friend asked what time they closed he said till i take all your money, He also then tried to intimidate me and asked what i did for a living which it does not bother me as i speak the language and spend a lot of time in mexico. We then went to breakfast asked for the Buffet were giving vouchers for a discount and only pay two plates at half off when the bill came they charged us fill price. Did not have time to sit there and argue, food was good and we were in a rush as we had to leave. Side note for management, always have a supervisor on site that can make decision about discounts for accommodations. I should not have to pay an extra almost $200 for your mistake and giving our room away. STAY AWAY

We had no power. The WiFi did not work. They would not compensate our inconveniences. We had to burn our sheets, towels and pillows in the fireplace for heat and light.

Friendly staff, great drinks great food great views

The view was awesome cliff side overlooking the ocean, defenitely going back.

Friendly staff and the welcome margaritas and breakfasts were great bonuses! The view is gorgeous but there’s no heating. Lucky for us we got two beds instead of one and used the blankets from the second unneeded bed. The walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors over the ocean.

Walls are thing if you get a room with floors above you, you’ll be able to hear talking, walking, etc. Nice views and food was bomb!

Fabulous breakfast!! The room I stayed in was newly renovated. The views at the hotel are to die for!!

I stayed in a Suite and enjoyed the newly renovated room. The breakfast is excellent with freshly handmade warm tortillas every morning. Lastly, the views of this hotel are amazing!!

The view is SPECTACULAR. The hotel.... is atrocious. If you enjoy a 90s broken cruise ship vibe with lots of drunk Americans, this is the place for you. Broken tiles, missing light bulbs in fixtures, broken toilet, NO AC IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY, no screens on doors or windows (remember no AC - so prepare for bug bites if you want to stay cool), INCREDIBLY RUDE men on staff (all of the women on the staff were wonderful), overpriced bland food at the restaurant, and Karaoke music so loud you can feel it through the walls after midnight. We had just come from a Valle de Guadalupe hotel which was beautiful, restful, and quiet and cost half of what Las Rocas cost. The other place was a 2.5 star hotel. Las Rocas is supposedly 4. This place is the epitome of not being restful, relaxing, or a high class resort. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff Super Friendly, very pleasant. Excellent View from our bedroom. Had Fire Place But No logs to burn.

The place was good. It was very relaxing. You could hear the sound of the waves crashing the rocks. The staff are friendly.

The rooms were simple, staff is great, food was amazing, kept the room super clean which is great overlooked the ocean could hear the waves every night, the view was stunning. for the little amount we paid we got soon much value, it is not a five star resort but we also didn't pay five star prices, took the local bus to rosorito, and could walk to Charles place, great people there too, highly recommend. You can tell at one point it had more guests empty bars and rooms, but so beautiful and was more then enough options for how many guests were here during our stay

Loved our stay at Las Rocas. The views were superb and the pools and hot tubs were a big hit with our kids. The restaurant served good food and we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday.
