Villas are under construction and the one we got was very poor maintain very unsafe for children,broken double stairs, one of the stairs ends at a very creepy wall with a patch only on the other side our villa wasn’t patched only the other side of the wall, balcony doors won’t lock, very disappointed of Expedia having this facility on their website.

The Jacuzzi was nasty green. Looking didn't work. Wasn't sanitary the outside Jacuzzi was clean but wasn't working? I guess the remodeling so there's a lot of debris of things everywhere. Broken glass everywhere, not safe for kids overall. It was not great.The view was the only thing that was nice there that was it.

We rented a villa and was not informed of the several steps to get down to it and we had no help with our luggage then there was several steps to get up to the second floor and nowhere on the description of the website. Does it say when you rent a villa The rooms are on top of one another definitely not wheelchair accessible and you need to be in good shape to be able to go up all those stairs. The windows were extremely old and let a lot of wind in which made a lot of noise. They’re definitely is not continental breakfast. They only give you two coupons the rest of your party has to pay and the power went out for 2 1/2 hours in the front desk never explained why we asked for flashlights or for lanterns and they said that they went to everyone who needed them first

Freezing room temperature

The room was like an icebox. The temperature was colder than outside. We stayed at this hotel in the past, but when the weather was warmer. We will not stay there again in the winter time. Our floor was still under renovation & the hallway was open. A heater was not available.

Needs a facelift

The hotel is very outdated. The bed was semi-comfortable . That’s our main thing, and cleanliness. Clean, but the amenities made it feel old and dingy. The curtains are so old with holes. The bathroom is clean and that’s important.

Pros: Property was clean, breakfast buffet had lots of good food options, very close to Puerto Nuevo tourist area. Free parking. Huge playground for kids. Had two pools-indoor and outdoor. Mini zoo was a mixed experience. Animals were very cute and enjoyed feeding them. Though, some of the animals looked sick and needed vet care. Cons: we stayed in a room with two adults, two kids, but were only given two breakfast buffet vouchers. The rooms were spacious, but had no heating – not ideal for the winter dates, which we were

La verdad en este hotel Sus habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado son súper frías no tienen calefacción. El cuarto es viejo sus instalaciones son bastante deprimente para lo que cobran. Está súper valorado aparte tienen cobros adicionales después que ya había pagado por mi reservación . No tienen un gerente disponible. Partial facing ocean room is fantastic .. can hear the ocean all night. The parking was EZ, the room was clean and they want all out with food choices/ service on the free breakfast - very impressed. Only improvements I would suggest (1) WIFI worked in the rooms and (2) the windows were less drafty (chilly with no heat expected but room was very cold with the windy draft).
