Friendly people.
Great hotel overall, great service good employees great food
Friendly front desk staff. Dilapidated rooms, old dirty carpet, bad sewage smell in bathroom, dirty hand towels. Cleaning needs a lot of work.
AC was efficient, but too loud. Carpet needs replacing too dirty. Bathrooms floors and walls need disinfecting; visible pink salmonella around showers edges. Breakfast was pretty basic but tasty. Cleaning taff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. Receptionist need could be more friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is “GREAT” just a few blocks from the embassy and easy to move around. The staff is TERRIBLE didn’t give a wake up call as they said they would. They said they called a cab for us and never did, kept us waiting in the lobby for almost 90min. Also the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport, which is a fraud because they said they can’t pick up from the airport to begin with and on our way back every person at the reception desk keep saying that they only do service until 2 pm and others 3 pm and etc,. Then after all this we asked to talk to the manager and someone else who wasn’t the manger went to see us saying she was the manager and she wasn’t. In a few words don’t trust the staff at all, at this great located hotel.
Our house keeper was great profesional all of above I done remember her name I believe begun with a D. She clean 132 98%of the time . The other 2% who clean it was horrible. Dirty and forgot to leave tp. Soaps shampoo. And cleanex box empty. We hat to waith for our girl to come.back . Brake fast was supper simple no waffles . Save every 3 days . The house keeper supervisor and maintenance guys rock . I would try city junior next time closest to the consulate
Noisy, washers didn’t work while I was gym had 4 machines 2 of which were broken.
Location and service were great and very convenient
Nice and safe place. Staff very friendly. Near to Consulate, ASC and clinic for medical exam. I recommend it.
A great value for the price. Cons: - Lots of maintenance, electric, and internet issues, but great service. We had to switch rooms (which is always a bummer); but Laura was so nice and helpful for the move, the General Mgr, José Ramón C, even came to the room to check on my internet connection when I arrived, and Daniel, the maintenance guy, quickly and efficiently addressed issues. - It is a nice, but older hotel. While issues were dealt with quickly, there seems to be a need for more pro-active maintenance; but, overall, we were very comfortable for the price. Pros: - No unexpected/extra/surprise charges. - Very clean. There is a bit of carpet smell, as A/C all day can trap in the odors. Using the window and bathroom fan, we aired out the room almost daily when we went to breakfast. - A bit small (queen/matrimonial?) for us, but VERY comfortable beds! - More than ‘continental’ breakfast… Don’t expect a grand buffet, but definitely satisfying… Much better than expected and always tasty. We ate there every day. - The very close walking distance to the Misiones Mall, restaurants, and Embassy… was a BIG plus! - The free ride back to the Airport (only at set times… like 2pm) - The extra small sink and refrigerator (which had a ‘very cold’ setting which even kept ice frozen). We used the microwave and little coffee maker (for tea) all day/every day. - Great A/C; although as it is right next to the bed, an extra sheet over the bed at night may be needed.
No towels for taking a shower. Requested towels and never got them. The floors need updated to look cleaner. They are very stained. The breakfast bar is cheap and needs to be updated.
Hotel was clean, staff was really friendly and helpful... had a problem getting towels (they're qty is low, some customers take them) but got them as soon as they had washed a new load :) Arturo, (Driver) was very helpful when taking us to the airport...
