I loved the room, the bed was comfort, A/C was perfect for the room size, and it was spotless. when I arrived the TV signal was not connecting and it took a day for someone to fix it. The staff was great, answered whatever questions I had and actually remembered my name. Breakfast is a limited selection but good enough for me. I was a little disappointed one day I wanted to use a bike and there were plenty locked up but I was told there were none available. I'm guessing they either lost the keys or other guests were holding on to them. They did however point me in the direction of a bike rental place at the corner which was the same cost as theirs (plan on paying a deposit or letting them hold on to your Passport if you use this place). If I could change anything about the property it would be to swap out the pool lounges for ones that adjust to lay flat. It's also important to know that because of the design of the building there is limited sunlight so you almost have to chase the sun if you want to tan. & note that you'll only get good sunlight from about 9am to maybe 2 pm.

I really liked the

Great location with access to town and the beach. The included bikes made it even more convenient.

We like it Every things were good and all the staffs are friendly

Very cute hotel.. close to everything and free bikes to borrow! We loved our stay there!

The moment we got to the hotel they already had our information up and welcomed us by first name. Daniela who was the front desk girl was extremely helpful every single day we stayed. She had an answer for every question we had and more. She was very pleasant! She helped us plan our ATV trip through the jungle and our cruise ride through Cozumel. We would definitely come back because of her service. The hotel itself made us feel very at home. Almost all of the staff recognized us and greeted us wherever we went.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Positives: Huge room, some with balconies; friendly staff; free breakfast and free bicycles Cons: open concrete building so sound really travels, smooth stone floors could contribute to slips whe wet

What an amazing stay! The hotel is located just off the main highway in between the row of beach resorts and the main town. You are a 5-10 minute walk from some really great restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as a 15-20 minute bike ride from the ruins and the beach strip with all the resorts, bars, and beach clubs, so you get the best of both worlds. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating; they always had towels and bikes available at the front desk. Housekeeping even made towel animals for us! We felt perfectly safe at all times and walked to and from the town at nighttime every night. The front door is locked at 11PM every night and manned by a security guard through the night as well. The room itself was great! Spacious with a view of the pool, nice cool tile with 24/7 air conditioning available, large shower, and a mini fridge and safe. WiFi was spotty, but who cares...you're in Tulum! The pool is pretty small and is located in a courtyard, so hours of sun is reduced, so grab a bike and go ride to one of the many beach clubs or public beaches. Breakfast was great, just get there early when it's freshest! Only suggestion I have (which has nothing to do with the hotel, but Tulum in general) is to bring a pair of sweatpants and long sleeve shirts to sleep in...keep your socks on too! Also spray yourself with bug spray each night! Again, nothing to do with this hotel, there will be mosquitos at every single hotel, just friendly advice.

Excellent affordable hotel! Located conveniently in Tulum town where there are great coffee spots and restaurants. We rented a car at a nearby Budget and explored the surrounding cenotes and ruins. The hotel provides bikes which we also used to head to the beach and enjoy the restaurants there too. Great hotel, pleasant staff and cleaning service.

Amazing rooms. Brand new with comfortable beds. I felt safe in the location and the staff went above and beyond! Great price as well.

The hotel is located approximately 10 min walking or 5 min biking from Tulum town (where you can find all bars/restaurants). The hotel does offer bikes for free that you can rent, either to bike down to the beach or the town. I would say it’s quite a bit to bike all the way to the beach from this hotel, but it’s definitely possible. The room we got was on the first level with a pool view. The room was fairly small, but had everything that we needed. Everything was very clean. They also offers breakfast (very limited) but enough to start your day

Super clean, chic and Fernanda at front desk was awesome!

This hotel is not on the beach, in fact it's in a sketchy looking area. The only thing nice about the neighborhood is the hotel everything else around it is very ghetto looking. The hotel itself is ok and somewhat modern looking but the towels (beach and shower towels) were really rough and the bed was very stiff/hard. Not to mention, it was 8:30 AM and I had a hotel staff member walk in WITHOUT KNOCKING!! That is totally unacceptable. They do provide free bikes which is convenient because the hotel is not on the beach. Overall staff was friendly but I don't know how it got a 4.7 out of 5 star rating.

Great hotel. Brand new. Very clean. Modern feel. Nice staff. Close to attractions.

Nice place. Limited parking. Rooms are brand new. Showers are in need of better shower heads. Glass partitions not long enough. Floor gets soaked. Need to lose twisty fluorescents bulbs. LEDs people Breakfast on roof was annoying to climb 4 flights Bed and mattresses are top notch. 5 stars there Pool was excellent Staff very nice. Fernanda is a lovely young lady.

First of all, the front staff were amazingly accommodating. They were kind and friendly and honored every request we had with additional information. The room was quite charming with the balcony and a very comfortable bed! The size of our room was quite large. The room and bathroom are contemporary. I struggled with the bathroom in regards to there was almost no area to place your items on the countertop as the sink took up most the space. The other issue was the air conditioning in our room; it was hard to regulate the temperature as it would either be too cold or too hot. We parked our car for the four days we were there and rode our bikes nearly everywhere. Free bikes, free beach towels, free breakfast, all very accommodating. Rode our bikes to breakfast every morning which was at el captain....excellent food and service...loved William! We also rode the bikes to the ruins and to the beach nearly every day. It was a distance but we enjoyed it immensely especially with all the bike trails and nice to wind that was present. Lastly we ate out in town one evening and three evenings we ate out at the beach. Even though the area looked a little sketchy outside the hotel, we never feared walking anywhere. We would stay here again!
