Most hotels I have stayed at do no charge extra for parking or breakfast. Parking fee was listed on sight, breakfast fee was not.
Staff was super friendly. They explained a couple of questions I had for them.
Nice location. Hallways and elevators need cleaning. Rooms were ok.
Good luck sleeping with the train waking you up all night. Also stains on the bedding, the vending machines on the floors only take coins so you will have to go to the main floor lobby. Also, the sliding... nearly clear bathroom doors allow no privacy at all. I would never recommend this place.
Great location and staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Internet is fast!! Will be back!
No better or worse than normal. The check in clerk was a little terse and unfriendly and the breakfast waitress was slow.
Clean hotel friendly staff. I was only here for one night for a conference but the facility was well maintained and the staff very helpful
Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Hallway to room had an odor but once in the room, did not smell it. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is close to the ball park and bus runs eighth in front of the hotel.
This hotel was nice the staff was helpful and ready to do whatever I needed to make my stay good.The only thing that would been nice is to have a refrig and microwave in the room.Always had to go get food or drink out.
Our experience was very odd. First, we were assigned a room the was not "empty." Upon entering, the tv was on and a used linen napkin was laying in the middle of the bed. Otherwise, the room was clean. We reported the unusual state of the room and were assigned another room. The staff was apologetic and gave us Oops cards. The other room was good until 2:15am. Someone (likely staff as I heard, "I'm so sorry,) literally tried to open the door. If we hadn't latched the door's metal brace, they would have entered the room. The staff apologized again, but it was just creepy and odd. As a plus, the location and fitness room were great.
nice and cozy! has evrything you need! thougha little noisy when theres a train coming.. youll see the bridge and river view from your room.. staff are nice too esp in the bar.

The entrance and lobby our nice but our room was worn out and had a tobacco,even though the hotel is non smoking, and musty smell. The room was on the river side but the only view was the busy railroad bridge about a couple hundred yards away. You will hear trains at night. location was pretty good. A little over a mile walk to the ball bark and a short stroll to some good restaurants in Covington.
The desk clerk could have been a little friendlier, other wise it was a good stay
We were in town for a convention over the bridge in Cincinnati. The host hotel was booked solid so we settled for staying over the bridge but we made out better. The Host hotel lobby smelled bad, elevator problems and people went days w/o having rooms cleaned but not us. The Holiday Inn was clean well kept hotel with friendly attentive staff. Need a cheap late night bite its across the street.
Got to hotel early and thankfully the staff was kind enough to give us an early checkin before the Reds game. Pool was great for the kids too!
The Hotel was just ok, it was fine for what we wanted it to be but nothing special.
Close to some chain dining so you don't have to drive. Shuttle very convenient and timely. Short drive to Newport too
Paid $155 on a Monday night for two double beds. Was ok but had yellow stains on comforter and toilet had rapid fill noise all night. Nearby trains running made sleep a bit tough. But close to attractions and easy freeway access.
