I think this hotel was a great value for the price. staff was friendly.

The customer service was definitely horrible pissed me off I’d never go here again

Nothing really to like about it. Disliked all the trash and beer cans near the front door. Disliked seeing coffee cups on the floor in the lobby. Disliked how the 2 employees were arguing back and forth in front of me and my family(including our young child). Disliked how they put us in a dirty room that hadnt been cleaned. Disliked how they said they would upgrade us to the "deluxe"(because they put us in a dirty room) and then put us in a regular room. Disliked seeing the halls hadnt been vaccummed in a long time. Disliked how the "deluxe" room didnt even have a refrigerator. Disliked how they let dogs be in the breakfast area around people eating.

My only complaint was with my hotel room bathroom. It smelled like mildew very bad. I'm not sure if it was the shower curtain, or what it was, as the bathroom itself looked very clean. Everything else was good. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean with a very friendly staff.

It needs a remodel bad and the entrance was damage when you first came in .

Check in and out was fast and room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable.

The night we checked in there were police and an ambulance. There was an over powering smell of mold from the bathroom as you walked in the room. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but I would not recommend it.

The staff were excellent. The room was dirty and the HVAC system was so loud. The location of the hotel was close to the mall and the military base. It was disappointing in regards to the cleanliness. The hotel smelled clean but it needs a deep clean in all corners.

No towels in room. Everything was super dusty. Carpet was nasty. No complementary soap or shampoo. Just all around disappointed and ive stayed in tons of laquintas all over the country but this is by far the worst.

the hotel was nice and staff friendly. the location was ok it was 15 minutes from fort Benning and 5 minutes from mall area near the college.

it was not terrible just a few thing happened we was in the room next to the managers office and every time someone went out the door of the managers office the door would slam and we would hear it in our room and it would happen just as we was going to sleep and breakfast the apple tasted like they left them out and they was soggy and mushy i know it is peddy but this was my experience but the rooms were clean staff was polite if you can over look the door and apples it was a good experience

Front desk staff needs a lot of training. I made a reservation then another to extend stay 2 days. They had a problem understanding this. So my key expired a couple of times. My daughter added an extra day and they could not understand this, even phoned her to ask why she did not vacate her room after one day. Maintenance issues, room 229. Faucets on sink were very loose. sink drain was extremely slow. Cheap plastic coffee cups. Really flimsey, they must not know about McDonalds being sued about a coffee spilling issue. We select this brand of hotel because we travel with a small dog, that worked ok. Carl Scharfenberg

I am a non-smoker and asked for a non-smoking room. While my room was indeed non-smoking, the rooms across the hall were not. You could smell the old musty smoke smell as soon as you entered the hallway. If you are an asthmatic stay away.

Our stay was very good. The staff where very helpful & polite.. The price was alot better than others we had checked on.The location was perfect for where we needed to be.. Over all it was a great place for us to visit with my son on his family day. :)

waited 20 min for someone to come to the front desk , went to our room light bulbs were blown, not impressed with room at all . will not stay again
