When I checked in I was advised housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday… if I wanted new towels to come down and get them from the front desk…. I was there for 4 nights and housekeeping did not clean my room at all…. Never will stay here again

The price for the room we had was great. full size fridge and a stove. room was very clean it was great stay.
The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I definitely will be staying there next time i'm in town.

We stayed here for my sons graduation. This hotel was very pleasant and very well kept. Will be staying again in May.
We had a nice stay the few days we were there. The kitchenette suite was very nice to use, our room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We came to see our son in Ft Benning and this hotel was quite close getting to his location, so that was great for us. Everything else was around 15-20min away so not bad!! Good stay!
Absolutely the best place to stay. The entire staff treats you like family and they’re at your call when ever you need anything, at any time for any reason. I don’t believe in giving any place a perfect score because nobody is perfect, but this facility is by far the most perfect place to stay and I’ll continue to stay there every single time I come to visit my soldier ♥️
The property was nice and clean. The pool was dirty but it was too cold to swim. The rooms were very roomy with lots of storage.
Not sure why the Candlewood has a low rate but I can tell everyone this place is wonderful. I came to GA to see my son, who is at Fort Benning all the way from Wyoming, by myself. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one. The one thing maybe could be worked on is the pool, It was a wee bit dirty but thats it. Fort Benning is not far from the Hotel, Thank you to Candlewood and God Bless.
I had heard that it wasn't going to meet expectations (location and quality). So wrong, the hotel was clean, the staff were excellent and I was close enough to Fort Benning. The surrounding area was fine and nothing to worry about. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area and would stay again.
Pleasant stay Good hotel in not-so-good location. The amenities, like exercise room and pool were worth the stay.
It was a place to sleep, I guess. The staff was welcoming, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel as if they were happy that I selected their hotel. Perhaps my biggest disappointment was that my suite looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture on the website. (I guess that I should have expected that, though, huh.) Regardless, it was comfortable and clean, and for that I am grateful. However, I will definitely choose another location on my next trip to Columbus, GA.
We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and friendliness of the staff. While not the best part of town, the staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Room was spacious and well equipped. Very nice exercise room and pool.

Good Morning Ms. Jess,as you were advised at checkin, we are an extended stay hotel and our rooms are not serviced everyday. Our guest will receive service every 7th day. Maybe a transient hotel will fit your needs better than an extended stay
