While the room itself was a bit older and could use some updates, it was clean and comfortable enough ( bed needed upgraded) for our stay. What really made the experience great was the outstanding service—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The highlight of the trip was the lazy river, which was even better than expected and kept us coming back every day. Overall, the excellent service and amazing lazy river more than made up for the dated room and uncomfortable bed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Pool and lazy river was great, not heated in the cold months. Place is great for the value. Rooms are not sound proofed, We could hear people’s conversations and cussing from the other room which kept me awake.

Lazy river lounge area was great! Location to cruise port was very good! Short walk to beach where you could rent a chair if want or just enjoy the beauty of the ocean! Staff were friendly and check in was a breeze! Front desk booked us a shuttle to the cruise port for 15$ each!! All in all great stay!

The perfect place to stay before a cruise or after. Great pool with sandy beach area for kids to play. Good breakfast included and great staff. Shuttle to cruise port available too. Will definitely return.

Staff are warm and welcoming! This hotel has it all - lazy river, tubes to float on , plenty of beach chairs , sanded area and games, a bar with AMAZING drinks and pool side food, there was a DJ this afternoon, they have bikes to use and complimentary breakfast. The room is very clean and I love the beachy vibe with the teal , pinks and yellows.

Bedbugs! Attention hotel staff. I was on the 5th floor. Contact me and I will give you the room number. Please investigate and remove mattress. It’s a shame because this was a great stop for a cruise layover. Instead I’m on the ship with itchy bites! Not acceptable.
