Lovely hotel the stuff was friendly and nice. There is a little bit of dirt on some of the furniture which was a little offputting when you walk in, but the room was clean enough and the bathroom was clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it was nice to have and it was heated. We love the outdoor space. Breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel but they had good variety and they had bananas and oranges and they had some yoghurt bagels eggs, and sausage

The hotel was nice, colorful and comfortable. There was a great pool that was warm and a restaurant on site. The food was good and the room was very clean and spacious. I’m taking one star away because the hotel rep did not inform me that I could visit restaurants and get a percentage off yet I heard this being informed to other visitors along with suggestions on where to go. This is significant information that I’m sure all of their customers would find useful.

Location was good and staff was friendly. The place is very dated. Partial remodel but clearly old. The place needs a big remodel inside. Had a funky mold smell. Breakfast was good but ended at 10 am. One slow elevator for the whole tower area. If you have mobility issues, hard pass. Everything is a long walk there

Rooms were great as we were traveling with a large group pre-cruise. Lou was super helpful at check-in and recommended a shuttle service as well as a restaurant that would accommodate our group. Beach was within a short walk and so much fund to adventure out to before we boarded our ship.
