Room was in a terrible state. Door barely closed, stains on the ceilings and walls, dirty sheets, old coffee pod left in the machine, broken safe, mouldy shower, noisy air con. Felt unsafe and unclean. Would never stay again

We do like seaside . We have had the same complaint previous stays. We were asked to articulate this to someone . I don’t know who. We had mopped up water from the bathroom floor and the bedroom floor and when we picked up the towel, it was black dirty from the floor. We took pictures. We showed it to the clerk, and she told us to please make a report , so this is our report. We do like our stays at Beachside . But we do have this concern.

Front desk staff were super nice at check-in and out. We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t really need anything. However, the grout in the bathroom was black and gross looking. There was also long, black hair on our towels, in the floor and on some of the furniture. Hotel is in a great location though and the beds comfortable.
