My experiencia was horrible since day 1. My family stayed for 2 nights 3 days. We were assigned to a room and we found roaches, I tried to get in touch with the front desk and the phone was not working, I have to walk all the way to the front desk to explained what happened. The lady at the front was ignoring me and the security guy was laughing. I finally got change to a new room. Next day, breakfast was regular to bad, juices, coffee and water tasted horrible. That day we went out all day, arrived at night to found the room at the side was with loud music, talking and laughing loud, since the phone was not working I have to walk to the front desk to let them know about it all this loud noise was until 3:30 am and smoking. Then, I found another roach in the new room. Button line is I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Great stay for families or couples. They have a lot of activities and the lazy river pool was the best part! Great location and great staff. The rooms could use some updating and some new pillows. There is lots of sand tracked into the laminate floors so it would be nice if they put rugs by the bed so you wipe off your feet. But all in all, a great choice in Cocoa Beach.

Breakfast buffet was great, front desk people were always welcoming and super friendly. The standard rooms are much smaller and don’t come with microwave/ iron board. So if it’s a family of four, I would recommend to book a deluxe or suite. Rooms were clean but little dated. Pool was great and my kids loved the sand area. Few steps from beach and parking was right in front of the room which was super convenient.

Room was a bit outdated; upgraded/updated mattresses would be wonderful. Sara at the front desk (night shift, 3-11pm) both nights was GREAT! So helpful, smiling, and efficient. Greatly appreciated her help with finding a spot for our bags to be stored before our room was ready, getting us additional towels/linens, and answering a great deal of other questions.

Room was decent. Place is set up very much like a cruise with a ton of activities for kids. Pool was nice, wish there was a hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was awful though, it came out of a dispenser and had a really bad chicory taste. Definitely not real coffee. Odd that they don’t service rooms. I would go again given the price and having a child but wouldn’t if it was just my husband and I.

Loved the court yard in the middle with so many activities for the kids, the bar & grill was pretty good too! Lue at the front dresk was so sweet. The proximity to the beach was as awesome such a quick little walk across the street basically! The nightly movies above the pool were fun!

Great hotel right near the cruise ports. We docked in the early morning and reception check our bags until our room was ready so we could enjoy the cute pool and bar/restaurant area. Lively breakfast, many choices, enough even for a picky eater to find a few things. ha
