Pros - super close proximity to beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and surfboards to use, free parking and a decent breakfast Cons - bathroom was very small and dated, pillows were terrible, three night stay and no room cleaning or towel changes. Room was musty smelling. Overall, not a terrible choice.

The towels were extremely dirty with stains. The bathroom is from the 80s. The lazy river was fun. Definitely need a major renovation for the rooms.

This was the most disgusting “hotel” I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. It should be called a motel. It was absolutely gross. It is extremely outdated. It was so dirty, and had a weird smell. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone else do so either!The pictures they show are HEAVILY edited!! This place looks nothing like those pictures, and the reviews with the great ratings are fake! I know now to go through every single review.
The tub drain backed up even we ran water for the shower. After stopping the water and letting the tub drain, this was left behind.
Disgusting bathroom grout
It has a gross powder on the sink. Very nasty
I was scared to open this rusted refrigerator door. Who knows what would be found in the inside of the outside looked like this

My problem isn't with the property except the pictures are misleading. My problem is with expedia, they messed up my reservation and when i tried to contact them, all they wanted to do is give me $50 expedia credit. I over paid for a room that i didn't even get. I am out the time, money and frustration on vacation. I will not be recommending expedia to anyone and will give negative reviews every chance i get.

The room did have some mold on the baseboards however Cocoa Brach is at sea level it’s to be expected. Very cute resort, great breakfast and location and the pool is top tier. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff were great. The little restaurant was ok, but they had decent food if you're hungry. Also had a little bar where drinks weren't outrageously priced. The pool and outside common areas were fantastic. They had a large screen showing movies by the pool. The hotel was very close to many essential stores and also some fun shops. They do have a shuttle to the Cruise Port, which you need to schedule the day before. There is a fee. Very close to the port. Also they had a continental breakfast which was very good! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is while the hotel was lovely and the staff were great, the room itself was older, and just didn't feel as comfortable as other places we've stayed. There were a lot of cosmetic fixes that made it look a bit cheap and unkempt. Overall, if you're looking for a nice place to stay that's a quick shuttle or Uber to the cruise lines, this is the place! The kids loved it, and it did have a fun vibe!
