I was placed on the 1st floor in a room that smelled like Bad BO and curry, Brocken closet doors, no towels, no soap any were not even in shower, cobwebs surrounded the 🚪 door, and overall cleanliness was poor. In addition, in the room above me was a very heavy human who shook the ceiling when he walked across the floor All night and All morning.
I would never recommend this facility to anyone. We notified the manager the day before that the flight would come in late. We were told no problem, just lift the phone and someone will answer and give you the keys. Well we were told at 11:30 pm that the place was oversold and our suite was no longer available. They were rude and did not offer to help find another place. We told them we had talked to the manager, they laughed and told us she doesn’t work there anymore. Simply horrible service. I hope their worthless CEO finds out about this and the quality of his employees.
It was what I expected...no disappointments.
I especially liked the inclusion of the full-sized fridge, stove, & dishes.
The gym was extremely small and had no weights. But the most disappointing was that I chose it because on Orbitz it shows a free airport shuttle. Apparently that was a mistake so i spent 90 minutes waiting for an Uber and spent $45, which negated the cost of the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and got me a shuttle the following day.
Beat up. Loud noise. Poor staff.

Check in was easy and the lady was wonderful and very pleasant! Only concern was the door lock breaking and took a few to get fixed.
Very nice accomodations. Lots of room for 3 adults. Upstairs bathroom was a bit tight though.
