Entered room and it smelled must. even somewhat mousy. Someone had the toilet tore apart and we had to flush by reaching into the take and physically lift the flapper. At the point we realized this we were settled into the room and did not want to change rooms. Then I inquired with the front desk and asked about an ice machine. I was told there is an ice machine near the front desk but it is out of order. I asked about a discount with all that is wrong and I was told to talk to management at check out in the morning. I did ask for an discount/adjustment in the morning and I wqs told " we have plenty of rooms, you should have asked to be moved to another room! Never ever will I stay her again.
