Location was convenient . Hotel looks recently remodeled . Although I did not request a disability room , that is what I got and it had nice features . It was a suite and it had two bathrooms, one regular and one disability friendly . Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy ,cereal , pastry , coffee and juice .

Nice place. Well maintained. Convenient to eats/drinks/downtown Cleveland. Sierra at front desk super nice.

I liked the location. I didn't like the worn and dirty room and toothpick on the carpet. The armoire was pulled away from it's regular position.

The location is great. The hotel is typical for a 2 or 3 star property. I like how dog friendly it is.

A lot of entrances, easy to get to your room. The staff was terrible.

Staff was clearly stressed and not appreciated by staff. As a manager of a small business it's easy to recognize when staff are not treated well or appreciated. The tub in one of the rooms I rented was very slow. By the time I got out of the shower the water level was above my ankles. This is quite discusting.

The bath tub in both rooms we rented we less than desirable. The tub in one room had a very slow drain which I find quite gross. We opted to not have our room serviced during our 2 night stay but when we asked hoise keeping for clean towels we were told we would have to go to the lobby and get them from the front desk. (One would think they would be on their carts seeing as they were still in the process of cleaning the rooms on our floor) the staff smoking outside the lobby doors wash very discusting. Every time we left or came back to the hotel we had to walk through and cloud of smoke. The front desk staff are clearly not appreciated by management. Staff don't show up for their shifts which leaves other employees working a double. One girl was going into her 3 shift before she had been relieved. (This is not something a customer should know but staff are more than willing to share.) The over all feel of the hotel (on a holiday weekend) was very under staffed, disorganized and disappointing. We will not be back to this chain. I did leave a prior positive review (we booked 2 rooms) because our initial experience was good. It quickly went down hill on day/night 2 of our stay.

Nice hotel for business traveling. Near a lot of restaurants and a pretty decent mall.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Proximity and convenience to the airport was good. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor, especially the floors in the main lobby and elevators. The lobby restroom was deplorable. I had to hold my breath while using it. The doorknob to my room was broken and extremely difficult to open. The complimentary breakfast was terrible...not a good variety and everything tasted old and bad.

The front desk personnel are awesome and I appreciate great customer service.

The coffee station has to many sugary creamer options, and the noise of the building travels easily, also the toilet flushes for a long time... otherwise it's a great spot to rest, close to restaurants and shops

Are room was clean but the shower did not work I exited my room after checking in and talk to the housekeeper in the hallway and went down to more my car only seconds later the housekeeper enter our room unannounced to be surprised that my wife was in our room oops just checking to be sure it was clean REALLY I don’t believe that for a second she could have asked me as we spoke Mold on walls in room I won’t pay $40 to stay at this dump Breakfast was a mess no eggs ran out and the attendant was trying to microwave frozen eggs as I seen her come from the back room
