Old, dirty, poor maintenance. If I had not pre-paid, I would have moved somewhere else.
The front desk was overwhelmed with my reservation not in his system. There were people asking for sheets towels and blankets. Probably no one to help him. He did his best.
Check in was quick and easy. Place was quiet & clean. The only reason i gave it 3/5 was because they hair dryer was broken, the iron was broken and the bedding was very thin. My boyfriend & I felt the blankets were not enough, they were to small for us.
The hotel is close to Lake Erie and to shopping and dining. This was our 3rd stay at an ESA, but the first at this location. They have all been good experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to request a 1st floor corner room, and got it. Had a great time!
If you’re not out of your room exactly at 11AM, check out time. At 11:08AM, they will come banging on your door saying “CHECK OUT IS AT 11!” Not great costumer service.
Full kitchen - lots of space. Nice separation of beds for two people
When I arrived to my room, I immediately noticed the chair. It was covered in hair and had white stuff on it as if someone spilled half a cup of yogurt and did not bother to wipe it down. Then I went into the bathroom and the tub was not washed. There was still a dirty ring around the tub from the previous person that took a bath and it was full of hair. I called the front desk and informed them. They sent someone to clean the tub but nothing was done with the chair. The bed was comfortable.
Great place for the price. clean and Friendly. No real breakfast but Bob Evans is 2 blocks away.
Very easy to find. No big problems. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Nice hotel,good value but other than the checking I never saw staff at the front desk. I waited at checkout for fifteen minutes and no one ever showed up. I had prepaid so it didn't make too much difference
everything was great!! It is in a nice quite & SAFE location. The room was more then I expected :) The pillows were a little flat but other then that I felt like I was right at home!! Definitly would recommened :)
We had never stayed at an ExtendedStay "Deluxe" before and could not have been more disappointed. Although the location was convenient, the room was shabby. The furnishings were below that typical of Motel 6 and the bed should have been replaced long ago -- it visibly sagged. The ventilation system was noisy, old and barely worked. We got the strong sense that management had decided not to put a penny into upkeep. Stay away -- there are lots of reputable hotel chains in the same area.
