It was old, stains on floor, carpeting ripped off wall, just yucky feeling
The staff was good and caring. The room I stayed in lacked hot water in the sink, but that was quickly corrected. The sink did not drain unless you held the plug open manually. The continental breakfast was fair - only to-go service, namely a bag which included potato chips (?!) for breakfast (?).
Used the property before and will use again when needed. Staff was obliging and helpful.
The room was great but they have trash laying around the property. The rooms were clean and quiet. I will stay there again not to mention they have reasonable pricing.
For the price is okay but they need to do a deep clean on those rooms
Good location as i needed for the visit to rocky river. . Was close to restaurants and a grocery. Carpet needed cleaning badly, as did sink area. Appears run down. Many loitering people in check in are and sitting on steps outside smoking and sitting around watching guests ck in. Shopped based on price and prior reviews. Would not return.

For being a super 8 I was really surprised! The staff was extremely friendly and the conditions and the location of the hotel were great!
