Did not stay and I canceled my reservation and paid for insurance and you still charged me

We encountered a number of problems throughout our stay. Our room was located near an elevator, and the hallways were noisy at night due to guests coming off and on the elevator. I had to ask the front desk worker to turn off the music piped in on the speakers in the hallway. The front desk worker did not wear a mask, and neither did many of the guests. We had a smooth drop-off at the Cincinnati airport with the hotel shuttle service. However, when we arrived back, hotel staff said they would not pick us up from the airport with the shuttle. They said we lacked a "white paper" and that we should have paid for parking. Nothing was said to us about this in advance. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel to get my car back.

The place needs updating if it’s going to continue to be a Hampton Inn. It wasn’t as nice as Hamptons I have stayed in in the past as far as appearances go

My family had a wonderful stay but one of the staff was not wearing masks while attending customers and was not asking a customer who was present in the lobby to wear mask either.

Property was nicely remodeled and the rooms were spacious.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet and very friendly staff. Clean and pretty close to everything.

We were told that we could not park our car on the premises because we didnt buy our room directly from the Hampton Chain We then had 2 Orbitz representatives trui g to talk to the hotel Nd he waa as rruxe to them as he was to us

Clean, lovely hotel super close to the airport! This Hampton Inn is much cuter than the photo conveys. Bedroom furniture was modern and nice.

The hotel was very close to the airport and the rental car facilities. The cleanliness and comfort were up to high Hilton/Hampton Inn standards. I read people raving about the breakfast...it was even better than I usually enjoy. It was the friendliness of the staff...especially Mark that made this hotel special. Thanks Mark! I plan to use this hotel again for my next trip to Cincinnati.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and I definitely would recommend them. I'd say it's a good place to come if traveling for business or with familyarea i visited including front desk/entrance, pool, business center(and the women's restroom across the hall), elevator, hallways, 2nd floor vending+ice and my room were all very clean which is most important to me. There was remodeling going on during my visit

I liked the cleanliness and the excellent continental breakfast. The property appeared to be in a remodeling phase.
