When I arrived at 12;05 am and was given a room with people already in it sleeping. I scared the crap out of them. In room 409 it smells like smoke. I think it is the bathroom door that is water damaged. The stink was only in the bathroom and did not go away even with lysol being sprayed on it. In room 103, it was right in front of a light that shines on the building on the grounds. Luckily, I am smart enough to use hangars with clips to cinch the drapes closed. Food was average. Facilities were clean.
We stayed there for 5 nights. There was no cleaning or maid service at all the whole time. The policy was that cleaning would be done after 3 days unless otherwise requested. This was their “eco friendly” approach. We were ok with that but the shower overflowed and we needed extra towels. Also we just wanted to throw away trash but couldn’t find any public trash cans. When we expressed our concerns the receptionist was quick to give us more towels and take our trash. She said they were very short staffed. The breakfasts were good and the common areas were clean. I suggest that if they are not going to clean the room everyday they should at least have a trash can on each floor for guests to dispose of takeout food and shopping trash.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their hospitality!
Convenient to CVG
The room was definitely not worth the price but I know it was more because of the Jazz festival & other events that weekend. Overall the room was nice, loved the bathroom sink & mirror but could use a little updating in the shower but the shower head was great, wish the bedroom was bigger but the king bed & pillows were extremely comfortable and the couch & chair was nice.
This property was nice. It was clean. The staff was nice. I felt totally safe. It was a travel stop for one night but I would have no problem staying there for a longer stay if i was visiting that area.
