Problem with the hot water. Constant noise of emergency vehicles outside day and night. So housekeeping services even once during stay. No on-site parking. $60 a day parking and no validation. Good WiFi.
This is an incredible property with staff that is welcoming and professional. I like the fact that there is a restaurant and other fitness amenities (pool!) on site, and the location cannot be beat. The rooms are spacious, desk roomy enough for work, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel...and I'm a hotel snob.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were in the heart of the downtown shopping district, walking distance from several other places that I wanted to visit.
Shower handle came off in hand first night… no one told us there would be no making up of rooms and clean towels we had to get ourselves Poor hotel
Booked this hotel last minute because my Florida vacation was cancelled due to the hurricane. I’m very happy we booked here! The staff was nice and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and we loved the rooftop pool and terrace! Offsite parking was less than a block away and everything was within walking distance. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Fantastic location to the heart of Chicago near fine dining, the river, shopping ,and notable Chicago mainstays.
It said that they had parking which they didn’t we had to park in someone else garage it cost us 50 to park our car for the weekend the blankets on the bed were disgusting and they had said they were booked on reservations for the pool so we couldn’t swim but many trips to the terrace we seen no one in the pool
