Our upgraded suite was fabulous, especially the super comfy bedding. Only complaint was the dirty windows that diminished our fun view of the Cadillac Palace Theatre sign. Staff was also fantastic getting us up to our room when the elevators went down.

Staff was excellent especially Alicia in the lounge/restaurant. Rooms are small and a little worn but very clean and completely adequate. Perfect location for the theater district. We weee there for a wedding. Restaurant hours are based off of theater performances, so that's something to be aware of.
